so, my ex and i broke up a year ago. it was kind of a mutual decision, since we were both toxic to each other in the end. its like, as much as my brain wants to logically think about how toxic it was in some parts, it cannot let go of how wonderful he was, too. how unique and special and hilarious and empathetic he was. how i could truly be myself with him. but we were both jealous and we both had to work on ourselves, because we set toxic boundaries for each other. i live with a lot of guilt, wishing i had done things differently, but i know that in the moment i knew the decision to break up wad right. however, now that he got a new girlfriend, it feels like i am back to square one. how much i regret ever thinking about breaking up and letting go of him. how do i deal with this ?

But i saw people using quest as a display for their PC but they had higher tier GPUs. if I want a heeadset that just plays media and let me browse chrome from my laptop which one should I go for. quest or some WMR headset.

After finally normal server I open 80 packs. Except some one star card, I only got both Immersive card but no other ex or 2 star card.
I know I should feel lucky because they are very rare and they actually look really cool (especially the Palkia with his "space" animation), but somehow its bugs me that I got no luck with ex or maybe 2 star.

There are already a bunch of posts about what Ancient Shards are good for post-Emberlight, and the current idea seems to be just use them as teles, with no other purpose. I know there was supposedly some talk about using them as prayer XP in the future, which might be nice, but allow me to chip in my own two cents:
BonecrusheEctoplasmator charges. Each shard charges 2k of either- carrying a bit of the Catacombs magic with them, the bonecrusheectoplasmator can use them to bury bones/scatter ashes!
It makes them sort of useful, but not to the point of ridiculousness, they're a nice addition to a grinding loadout, rather than a must-have. Current charging methods still work, these just give some extra charges to extend while you're barraging abbys or stabbing hellhounds.
Maybe even have it be where you combine some shards with a bonecrusher necklace and ectoplasmator to make a device that both buries bones and scatters ashes, keeping the prayer restore effect from the catacombs. Charge the device with ectotokens, charge it MORE with ancient shards (past the bonecrusher's cap). Give it the bonecrusher necklace's prayer bonus, and maybe a little defense across the board (to incentivize it's use).

I've been frustrated with my job search. It's been a while after covid and getting married and having a family. Now I wanted to get back into the career world. Everyone says "it will be fine, you can always find a job online", but in reality it is not that easy. I have a degree in International Relations, 2 years' experience as a customer service specialist (for English Language) and 10 months as an e-commerce product manager (Holland and Belgium Marker). These skills will soon be replaced or already replaced by AI. I'm considering taking out a student loan to study cybersecurity... but in this economy, I'm hesitant. I'm based in Europe, but I'm a third country national (Asian). Any suggestions on how I should navigate and start again in this career thing? I'm mostly looking for remote jobs.

I know I have seen a lot of people talk about struggles with insomnia. That is definitely what I am struggling with tonight. My little sister died from alcohol related disease in her sleep at 3am, and so each night I get terrified to go to sleep before I hit 3. I know it isn't logical, but I also know this disease isn't logical.
What are some things that have helped you with sleep? Any advice is welcome!
