2025.01.29 02:52 manicmeninges What will year two bring?
 | This is my first, all native, large scale garden and I have absolutely no context for what year two is going to be like. I planted it August 2024 and I am so excited for summer. All winter I've been staring at these photos trying to guess what June will be like. I started with natives a few years ago but only ever had the chance to plant one or two interspersed in with non-native and they always did incredible in their second year (vs the standard 3 year wait), so I have high hopes (hopefully not too high)! I've just been obsessively googling each plant trying to picture them together. Spring can't come soon enough. Anyone have any photos of their year two gardens?  | I recently posted another piece of furniture here and it was SO much fun learning about it from you all. I’ve gone down so many rabbit holes trying to learn more. I’ve always loved antiques and my house is filled with things that I just think are cool and I enjoy learning about the history. I picked up this little card table and I am practicing my knowledge. I am very likely to get it wrong but I’d like to give it a go if you all will indulge me? The top can only be opened with the key (which is sadly broken but I’m going to have a jeweler repair it). The drawer slides out in both directions. Does anyone else feel that Federal workers should bombard the news media and tell them to stop using the word “BUYOUT”? Read the document! It’s NOT a BUYOUT offer. It is an extended remote or telework carrot offer that basically says if you accept the offer, they still can “eliminate” your position and you’d be out the door before 9/30. They’re bombarding with orders, emails, and memos for shock and awe and to disorient everyone. The media is falling for it too.

Hi,
I have a measure that I'm trying to use, but don't want the result to be affected by a couple slicers.
Here is my formula that is being affected by the slicers I have created for reason type and tran type that should be showing all items and not be affected by the slicers. I'm ok with the divisor changing.

okay listen for context I’m from a Muslim family and in a Muslim family, so I (18f,19 this year) have a sister (13 this year) and a cousin (18 this year), for like 2-3 years, I was asked to marry my cousin and I said I wanted to study first and yes I do like him but I still wanted to pursue my studies first so anyways few weeks ago my cousin came to this country to stay for a month and he’s been with us, he barely speaks to me but he’s always around my sister, they spend 24/7 together as far as to like if he’s talking to girls on his phone, she’ll take his phone and question him and etc. I have told her many times to stay away from him and she always tell me to stop being jealous. They weird me out not to mention SHES NOT EVEN A TEENAGER YET and he’s GONNA BE AN ADULT SOON and he was the guy MY FAMILY CHOSE FOR ME TO MARRY but she’s all over him.

A couple years ago, I went to the GP to get referred to a gynaecologist for suspected endometriosis, and instead I got SA’d by the GP I saw. She basically did a lot of malpractice, didn’t listen when I said it hurt and to stop. She also baselessly said “You don’t have endometriosis, you just have chlamydia” - I don’t. And also refused to refer me because “A gynaecologist would use a speculum and that would hurt a lot more”
I moved out last year, and changed GP. I went to the new GP and immediately have been referred to a gynaecologist, but the words that she said have stuck and I’m scared of going.
I know what she said isn’t true, but I’m still scared. I was told by the new GP to call the practice manager but I’m also scared of doing that, because what if it turns into a court case?
I’m just scared, honestly even terrified.

2025.01.29 02:52 Downtown_Owl_2420 I accidentally took my TB meds 20mins after eating. Should I be alarmed?
Context: I've been taking my TB meds religiously 30mins before eating breakfast for 4 months now.
However, I took mine earlier after eating as I totally forgot about my meds.
(I fasted for a stomach ultrasound for my annual check-up then the doctor (not my tb doctor) instructed me to eat and drink after the first scan to complete the scan.)
Is this okay? Should I be worried? Thank you. (My TB doctor is not replying yet probably because it is a holiday in my country right now).
