So I have bad OCD. and depression. I take Lamictal also and took my first dosage of Prozac today. I feel like my brain kind of clicked on. it’s not necessarily all bad but it’s making me feel a bit anxious too. Is this normal? I’m worried it’s going to make me feel manic. i’ve seen reviews saying it made people feel crazy and I just am worried and wondering if I should stop it before too much is in my system

I was gaming with my friend, (playing orks). I charged his Trukk with a unit of Genestealers and a Broodlord. The Trukk was swiftly eaten, but the Nobz that emerged killed 9/10 Genestealers on their charge. The single remaining Genestealer proceeded to crit wounds on all four of his attacks, killing two of them.
On my turn, the Genestealers fell back and then charged again, (vanguard onslaught), and the one Genestealer did two mortals, and wounded on his other two attacks. The Nobz failed their saves, and two more died.
At this point there were three Nobz and a Painboy. They landed four hits on the Genestealers. I literally said aloud, talking to the Genestealer, "Jimmy, it was nice knowing you." Jimmy made all four of his 5+ saves. He seemed invincible. Jimmy landed four more wounds, but the Painboy saved three of them. Jimmy was then hit with three more attacks. He made one save, and then proceeded to finally perish.
However, I am sure the Hive Mind will bring him back. Jimmy is truly the most powerful Genestealer to have ever walked the land. His base will now be decorated with ork skulls, to commemorate his great deeds.

I want a peaceful life with my family. At least for a while, before I can become actually independent.
Thing is, my mother is causing me mental distress by being passive aggressive, mad for no reason, ignoring me specifically, etc.
I can't physically leave my situation yet. So, apart from manifesting finance and independence (both already on the way), I need some affirmations for this particular situation. I could get through the finance and independence situation because I could easily find references on what to affirm/how to affirm regarding those, but seeing any for this situation with my mother is kinda hard to find...
or maybe my mother counts into "SP" category? should I go for SP reconciliation, love, etc. affirmations?
I feel confused, so please help... ;-;

Should I go back to the agency, find a new job, or just endure?
I worked for 2 years in an agency, I loved the pace, my clients, and what I was doing. I was told that I was really talented and I had results, however, I had no more room to grow at that point.
I then moved to a role in a non-profit. Since I was the only person in the communications “department,” I figured I would have room to grow, which I did. I also got a promotion, but I’m not sure I’m in the right place.
I find that they act as if I have a strategic role when they only want me to execute. I bring points supported by data, but in the end it is not important because my director forces me to do what he wants, even if I do not consider it the right choice… I don't feel like my work is recognized. All the tasks I do make me feel like I've been demoted. I do everything (PR, socials, email marketing, strats, analytics, website + SEO) and I can't do anything in depth like I'd like.
I feel like I'm back to the sticking point. I know I'm still in the early stages of my career, but I don't want to seem like I'm job hopping… I’m also doing my master on the side. Should I just wait ? I still have 1 year and a half left, I don’t know if I can support it that long :(

I begin my graduate school journey in the fall - I have worked in an industry I am not fond of for the last six years, albeit I have been “successful” in the industry. I want to begin the transition into a new industry, just not 100% sure what yet. I am interested in working in hospital system, federal organizations or other orgs that benefit their local communities. I was laid off on New Year’s Eve, so I have been searching for a new role that would, ideally, offer me a chance to “learn the ropes” of my future career.
I am 33 years old and have lots of previous experience in sales, international trade, some marketing, analytics, and some other skills.
Any jobs you would recommend as a good transition position?

Hey all - looking for advice or to hear of anyone’s experience. I’m an RN working in Public Health; specifically within CDC ‘branch’. I’m itching to get my Masters to advance my education and hopefully open (?) a few more doors career wise. I’m very much wanting to stick with CDC, ID, Public Health. I was considering epidemiologist but not 100 sold.
Anyone take MPH program thru UAH (or elsewhere)? If so can you offer any insight to the program and your experience after finishing?
Or, has anyone with MN stuck with ID/CDC work, and if so, where did you study and where are you working currently?
