My wife and I have recently made an offer to a house and the real estate agent has responded to us saying that our offer was below what the developer wanted.
We’ve already maxed our offer, I.e. giving our best price, after a few back and forth with the real estate agent.
And they’ve proposed a new solution to raise the selling price and in return to provide us a store credit cash-back e.g. Harvey Norman $10,000 or other stores we want.
Is this a legit? and are there any concerns with this type of tactic on a house sales and purchase agreement?

I run a home design business and have been looking for ways to expand. With the wildfires in LA, I was considering putting out some targeted online ads highlighting my home design services. While I feel for everyone affected, I also recognize that many will eventually need to rebuild and may want help designing their new spaces.
My goal isn’t to exploit anyone’s misfortune, but rather to offer something that could actually be useful as people start over. That said, I know it could come across as opportunistic or even predatory, and I don’t want to be seen as taking advantage of people when they’re at their lowest.

As the title says, my best friend is furious about how much time I spend maintaining a healthy relationship with my husband.
She and her husband don't have a good dynamic. I think they're bought excellent people but bad together. She very much wants to be the dominant personality, he very much feels like he's an afterthought. They've almost divorced more times than I can count.
She came to my place about four days ago and ended up leaving after she got mad at me for the hundredth time about how much time I spend ensuring my husband and I have a good relationship. I was doing the dishes because I had the last two days off work. It's technically his "job" (I cook, he's a fire hazard, so he does the dishes too easy, been this way for years) so we're chatting and I start washing the dishes.
She goes "isn't that insert my husband's name here job?"
"Yeah but I'm off, I'm standing here, the dogs are doing well, we're just chatting anyway and I'm off. We can keep taking I'm just going to load the dishwasher before he gets home" THINKING NOTHING OF IT.
she ends up going on some kind of rant (only word I can use to decide it) about how I make her feel bad about her marriage and that she'd never do the dishes even if she were off because it's his job and why do I always have to put him before our friendship.
I don't, I don't think. When he calls, I answer. If he's had a bad day I ask her if we can move our plans to the following day (she doesn't work and doesn't have kids - I have both and typically she just says it's fine) so I can be home and he can vent or not have to deal with our sons alone after a long day. It's something he does for me too. Last weekend she and I had a full day Saturday starting with brunch and ended with dinner together so it isn't like I neglect my friendships, but yeah my husband comes first.
I got a text today that basically told me if I'm going to continue my behavior and do things that make her feel bad about her marriage or don't give her enough time per week she doesn't want to keep in contact.
It just sucks because I try so hard to balance my time between the military, being a Mom, being a wife and being a friend. I thought I'd done a good job of it, and this isn't the first time she's been upset with me over being happy married while she's very openly unhappily married, but it's the first time she's threatened to cut contact... Over dishes...
Has anyone else ever had a friend get mad at you over prioritizing your partner? If you have, I'd love to hear your experiences. I'm just confused over what I'm supposed to do to keep my friendship, or if it's time to meet it go and I'm just being nieve or nostalgic over what she and I used to share over the years.
She was there when my mother passed away, when my sons were born, but so was he and he's their father. I don't think it's outside the realm of normal to prioritize the relationship with my husband and children's father.
Am I wrong?

Llevo casi nueve años en mi trabajo y la semana pasada me ofrecieron la posición de ser el encargado del departamento de envíos y recibimiento pero con la misma paga. Dure ocho años en la bodega yo me encargaba de recibir, acomodar la mercancía y sacar ordenes, para poder ganar más dinero aprendí ayudar en el mostrador tomando órdenes y gracias a Dios los gerentes que tuve vieron lo bueno que era y me daban un buen aumento de sueldo. El año pasado mi aumento iba ser muy bajo a lo que a mi no me gusto así que aproveche que un compañero se retiro y tome su lugar en el mostrador. El aumento fue mucho mejor y después de completar un entrenamiento me van a dar otro aumento. Ase unos meses la tienda donde trabajo se convirtió en el centro de distribución para la compañía y el gerente me ofreció la dicha posición pero no me quieren dar aumento y no solo eso, pierdo el aumento de entrenamiento de ventas y tiempo extra que hacemos en el verano. Pero haría más trabajo y no trabajaría los sábados. Con todo respeto le dije que no. Pierdo más aceptando el cargo que quedándome en donde estoy.

currently a senior, just got my acceptance letter, i’m heavily considering going here in the fall because it seems like it’ll be the cheapest option for me so far (i am waiting for more school acceptances but csuf was one of my top picks anyways). however, i live about an hour and 30min away and there is no way i will be able to commute. is there a way to request housing before most people do to ensure i get it? maybe some sort of priority system? thank you for any help! i would love to come here
