Hello, i’m currently in the ROTC at my college i have yet to sign the contract and am wanting some advice before i do, i am a safety major with a minor in environmental management. I plan on joining the army reserves as an officer after my graduation. I’ve been reading and have been worried about getting a civilian job in safety while also being in the reserves. Has anyone found it harder to get hired or find jobs after joining as an officer in the reserves? The only reason i’m scared to commit is due to the possibility of being turned away from civilian jobs.

I have been dealing with this company for 18 long months.The state of Tennessee says my eligibility date was as of Thursday the 23. Intoxalock reached out to the state and confirmed this. Now the compliance department was BY LAW to send the review to Tn within 3 days. It’s now 4 days and I’m totally getting the run around. The Intoxalock company is awful.There is no reason for them not to send my final calibration to the state. In march 2024 I received a letter from DMV they were revoking my DL license because(Same thing) Intoxasucks sent the install report 3 months late. Tn was not happy but of course I get punished. Now not sending final report even though it was confirmed by the state. I am so stressed from nobody answering..2 hour hold times.. nobody speaks English. Smart Start or Life Savor seems to at least deal with states . This is cruel..

Looking to pickup my first Anbernic. Starting small, I really just want to play Pokémon and Mario type titles (I know I’ll have to load these). Probably sticking with GBA. I’m not even sure I need a joystick. Basically I want to replace phone game apps with this bad boy.

2025.01.29 03:00 3e8892a Windshield crack appeared after purchase
I bought a used Prius from a Toyota dealer today. I looked at the windshield prior to purchase and didn't notice anything, and also had an independent pre purchase inspection performed which inspected the windshield and reported no damage. I purchased the car as-is with no warranty.
1 hr after driving away I noticed a chip in the windshield, with cracks radiating maybe a half inch or more from the center. I did not notice anything hit the windshield in that time.
I'm suspicious perhaps the dealership filled in the chip, but it was too big to repair that way, leading to failure shortly after my taking ownership. Taking close up photos it does look a bit filled in, but hard to tell TBH. Of course I can't rule out the prior owner being responsible for the poor repair and the dealer being unaware.
Any advice or suggestions for what I should do about this? I understand it was an as-is sale, but filling in a crack that is too big to repair just to hide it seems dishonest /deceptive, especially given that windshield cracks can be a safety concern.
Also interested if anyone knows how I can prove it was a filled in crack, rather than a new chip that occured after I took possession.

Been playing for about 3 weeks now and i got burglar 1 around level 30ish but im now level 99 and havent seen it since. Its getting really annoying not having the skill 2 or 3. My thing is why are you gonna lock chest but not make it so you can have it maxxed by say level 100 or something like other games would do at least. It really affects my loot at the farm, bunker and PD and its starting to piss me off.
