Hi everyone!
I’m a P3 currently exploring my options for residency (VA is #1 choice, but open for other options) for 2026 and would appreciate any advice or insight you might have on my eligibility and opportunities based on my background. All I have left are APPEs next year. What are my chances? Could you provide me with direct, honest feedback to help me better understand where I stand?
Here's a quick snapshot of my experiences:
GPA: ~3.1 (had trouble due to family reason).
Leadership Roles:
- Secretary and Treasurer in Student Class Government (2 leadership positions)
- School representative for a competition
2 internship positions: one with 3 years in a medical center other one Less than 1 year
Working as TA for 2 years
Academic & Research:
Presented a poster virtually, and another one is showed at the conference (had to miss it due to personal reasons).
Volunteered as SI leader for a year.

As per title, my refurb P7 pro screen died, and Google refused to do anything about it. I have already spent hundreds on fixing the phone's screen before.
Now I'm at a dilemma. Fixing the screen cost about $200, which is the same as an entry phone like Poco or Redmi to tide over until the pixel release.
What is the smarter option?

I want to start by saying that I'm just a regular veteran player. I'm not f2p as I spend about 50-100$ a year nor am I whale, obviously.
I bought 3 packs and got 300 super rares which I fused into ultra. 300 may seem a lot but when you put that in perspective, that's 100 ultra fuses. That doesn't break the game, I literally fused 50 ultras i don't even use twice. Some OG jags, Porsches and low rq ultras I don't use. Every useful ultra has been fully upgraded before this..
Because of this, Hutch is planning to take 3.75m which means I will be negative 3.5m. I make about 20k a day which means it will take me 175 days to break even. For the next 6 months i can't buy a pack or upgrade even uncommon. For the next 6 months I can't play and collection tag challenge or any challenge because i can't upgrade any car, even uncommon.
I understand that whoever bought these packs gained advantage over other players but I don't think it was that big of advantage to punish players for months! Personally I'm afraid many will quit the game if that happens which isn't good for game economy either because whale to regular player ratio is going to change...
I used my case as example, as I believe that there are many players who did the same as I did, but I'm sure that there are players in even worse situation.
Honestly asking everyone, does this seem fair to you?

Hej alle
Jeg har en spirende fornemmelse af at der er noget galt i systemet, hvis man som patient gør brug af udvidet/frit sygehusvalg, og vælger et privathospital.
Har nu prøvet det to gange, så har ikke et stort sample, men det vækker alligevel min undren;
- For år tilbage gjorde jeg brug af frit sygehusvalg på grund af ventetiden i det offentlige. Jeg havde absurde smerter i min skulder og havde svært ved at fungere. Lægen på privathospitalet, som i øvrigt også arbejde i det offentlige, han undersøgte mig ikke, men konkluderede med det samme at der bare var tale om en permanent frossen skulder, og det var der ikke noget at gøre ved. 5 minutter efter var jeg ude af døren igen. Jeg var vedholdende og endte med at komme til en ny udredning i det offentlige, hvor man via en simpel ultralydsscanning fandt ud af at en knogleflig der voksede, var årsagen til smerterne og jeg blev opereret. Havde jeg ikke været vedholdende, så var jeg nok endt på offentlig forsøgelse fordi jeg havde så stærke smerter. Men der måtte jeg til fagbøger og søge i medicinske databaser for at “modbevise” lægen i det privates diagnose. Virkelig svært!!
- Jeg er blevet undersøgt ved en offentlig øre-næse-halslæge, som var super grundig og lavede en masse tests. Alle undersøgelserne peger på en øresygdom, man kan operere. Han henviste mig til en øre kirurg. Igen, på grund af ventetider, gjorde jeg brug af frit sygehusvalg og var til undersøgelse ved et privathospital i går. De var sure og forjagede og lægen lavede et overfladisk tjek, og konkluderede at det er en uhelbredelig tilstand som jeg bare kan få høreapparater til (henvist til det offentlige)
… Men en ond, lille stemme indeni mig siger, at privathospitalerne måske er så overfladiske i deres undersøgelser, fordi de ikke tjener ret meget på dem og derfor er ligeglade.
Ja, det er en virkelig hård påstand, som vil falde nogen for brystet, men kan der være noget om det? Eller har jeg bare været uheldig?
