On my second week as Deskside support. I’ve been shadowing the senior technicians and learning as much as I can. Seems like they don’t expect much from me starting out. I still havent gotten access to the ticketing system, Active Directory, or SCCM. Not complaining, I want to show that I can be trusted with access to those things and learn as much as I can to prepare myself. Is this normal for new hires? What are the expectations for starting out?

Hi! My wife & I have recently been struggling with money after some big repairs on our older vehicle. We’re currently needing some help with gas money, dog food & money for medication. Not sure an exact amount but like $50-100 would probably help out a lot! I’ve already been out of my anti-depressant/anxiety meds a few days and it’s been causing some issues. Gas wise, just need some to be able to get to work and school. We still have dog food for a couple more days but hopefully can get more before we run out. My child is 15 months old and choked at a restaurant today. I have been cpr certified for nearly 15 years. I recognized she was in distress immediately and got her out of her seat. She was not able to cough or cry and she was turning blue. I started giving back blows and was about to flip her for chest thrusts when a lady took her from my arms and continued back blows and then I swept her mouth and the food was dislodged and baby was fine. I'm so grateful for the help and thankful my daughter was checked out and is okay, but I feel like I failed or was an idiot because I went to choking procedures for under 1 year old instead of consistent back blows or the traditional hemlich. I'm beating myself up for needing help when I know this stuff inside and out. It happened so fast and it's still playing in my head on repeat. Any different ways this should have played out? Am I an idiot for doing it wrong?

I like to read comments on the series page to get a sense of whether a series is good or not before investing my time in it, but comick only only allows users to comment on specific chapters of a series and not on the series itself which is a bummer, why is this the case?

May be a goofy question, but i dont think it is all that intuitive, there is an option in the custom difficulty settings that gets unticked when you select the Unfair difficulty. What does that do?
i feel like it would make sense if it meant that the difficulty ramped up over time, but then if that were the case, why would it get unticked when you select unfair? does it start the game off easier at the start? Just not sure what to make of these two words

Rash of new pornographic spam, all from various Google Gmail addresses arrives in spam folder with no problem at all. When I try to forward to the Google abuse address Xfinity flags them for questionable content and blocks them.
If you can block stuff like that crossing your network outbound how come you can't block it when it is inbound? Kind of a rhetorical question but you need to do better and more of the junk that makes it to my spam folder should be dropped when it enters your network. No excuse any longer for not doing a better job of dropping / blocking scams, phishing, and plain old junk emails.

When connected to a remote machine, there's no indicator to make the user that's sitting in front of the machine aware that I'm connected to it. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no setting to enable this? I know with other screen share applications have some sort of visual cue to let the user know someone is connected to their computer. EG: a frame around their screen.

I recently bought 2 Vestax PDT-4000 turntables. When turning it on there is a motor noise, as well as when turning it off. One of them I can feel vibrations in the headshell, the other I can't. When the music plays it stops making noise. Has anyone else noticed this? Any fixes?
