Im talking about Jiangxue. An NPC that hangs out around Wangshu Inn. During a special daily commission ‘Fishing Jiangxue’ , We are tasked to protect him from monsters when he is fishing but we could not kill the unkillable ruin machine but he one shotted it in the few seconds we closed our eyes. Many theorised that he might be an adeptus or a fatui agent because of his hidden power.
But during this lantern rite, we were briefed about the eight adepts who has similar powers compared to adepti and one of the 3 hermits was called the Yunlai Angler who mastered the art of fishing with the rod and line which was the foundation of Keqing’s swordsmanship and there was an even more ancient martial art that was derived from his technique which made it plausible why he could kill the unkillable ruin machine. Furthermore, the evidence is reinforced with Jiangxue claiming himself to be just a ‘fisherman’ (He wasn’t lying tho)
What interest me is that he is repenting from the sins he committed and is waiting for his life to end. Maybe the future versions might explore in depth on the lore of the eight adepts.

Hello to the amazing people in this sub! I(24M) wanted to know your opinions on my workout program and suggest some changes if needed. I started working out in may, had an arm fracture towards the end of june and then resumed working out since November. I don't have any superficial goals, I don't want to bulk too much and be lean enough to continue my boxing and other sports(football majorly). My issue is that upper workout takes almost 2 hrs which is a lot for me to manage with my work. I try to hit the gym 6 days a week so that is 3x upper and 3x lower a week, is it too much? Also, please suggest some good core exercises which I can add to my sets to further improve my core shape(got them love handles to remove ;) ) I want to have a physique like footballers(lean but not too shredded) and willing to put in the efforts and time to achieve it!
So, I'm following the below UppeLower program for 6 days a week as suggested by the gym trainers-
Upper 15 mins of treadmill(2-3 mins running/ normal walking/ shadowboxing on slow speed)

So from all the sources I've looked at (the wiki, UESP, multiple vids from ES youtubers) Dagoth Ur reappeared in the 2nd Era 882 and forced the Tribunal away from the Heart of Lorkhan, but is this accurate?
Maybe I'm underestimating the power of the Tribunal or something but by my estimates, the 2nd Era lasts until 2920 and the Tribunal survives most of the Third Era to 427, giving them about 2500 years that they were fighting with Dagoth Ur, but that doesn't seem right to me. Like, 2 and a half millennia? The only thing I can think of is that the year was meant to be 2882, so only about 30 or so years before the end of the Second Era, making it about 460 or so years that they were fighting Dagoth.
What is everyone's thoughts about this? Any reason behind why 2500 years is more accurate?

Allora per chi non lo sapesse sono M14 e ho problemi di sonno e avvolte non riesco ad addormentarmi, se volete maggiori informazioni andate a leggere l'altro post. Ieri sera è successo di nuovo sta volta sono andato al letto più tardi verso le 22 seguendo i vostri consigli, o comunque guardato una puntata di the mandalorian, in dormiveglia per addormentarmi meglio, tuttavia non sono riuscito nell'impresa, e alla fine tra una cosa e l'altra sono di nuovo andato a dormire nel letto dei miei, poi verso le 5/4:30 quindi dopo un 4 ore di sonno, passate abbastanza male, mi è iniziato a venire un forte mal di pancia alla fine alle 6-20 sono andato a liberarmi mi sono rimesso nel letto e dopo poco boom la sveglia. Sto seriamente pensando che io possa soffrire di insogna, anche se solo ieri ho dormito come un angioletto. Secondo voi dovrei prendere qualcosa tipo integratori di magnesio o qualche medicinale che faccia addormentare(nulla di troppo pesante sia chiaro).

My husband and I own a 3 yo spayed Goldendoodle. No physical health issues. No difficult past as we adopted as a puppy. She’s really a wonderful dog. Non reactive. Doesn’t care about other dogs. When dogs bark at her on walks she doesn’t even flinch she just walks on past. We did several group training classes, for about 6 months as a puppy. She’s was one class away from being a service dog for our severely autistic son but life got in the way and we didn’t finish the last class. Eleven months ago I came home from work and found her panting excessively, she had sprayed drool all over the walls, gone to the bathroom on the floors (this has never happened), and had dilated eyes. It happened out of nowhere and we soon realized there was soft knocking in the wall we share with another condo that would happen randomly and she would get incredibly anxious, jumping in our laps (she’s 60 lbs) and following us while panting. She was crate trained the first year of her life so we went back and tried the crate, and eventually she burrowed her nose into the door over and over during a 2 hour outing, until she had a bloodied top of her nose that required same day vet treatment. So then crating was out. She has been on Prozac for the last 10 months and after it increased her anxiety for the first 8 weeks, it all of a sudden kicked in and she’s been anxiety free since. We were so happy to bring her back inside as we would trade off her hanging in the backyard while I worked (I work 4 hours a day and we live in Orange County CA so nice weather year round) and once in a while to dog daycare for half a day. She prefers going outside when the anxiety hits as it only hits inside our house and she wants outside so badly then calms. Today I came home from work after I noticed her pacing on camera inside, after being gone for 40 minutes. She had ripped my blinds down, cut her paw pad on a blind and bled throughout the house. She tried getting out of the house by scratching at the window over and over with her bloody paw. She hasn’t had an incident like this in 9-10 months. I leave the blinds open in 2 other windows so she can see out. But yet she went after the blinds in a random window she never tries to look out of. It isn’t separation anxiety as it’s her literally doing everything in her power to get outside like she’s scared inside. All I have concluded is that soft knocking that I can barely hear. She’s exercised 2x a day. She’s the best dog to my 3 kids and I don’t know what to do next. Her vet today increased the dosage of her Prozac. Will this help? Do I contact a veterinary behaviorist or any other advice? :(
