My favorite magazine growing up was CineFX. I had a family friend who worked in film in the early 90’s who reached out to Howard Berger (who was with KNB at the time) and told him I was a fan of Army of Darkness and the Mask. He sent me a failed mold of the Mask “mask” in appreciation. I love VFX and love even more the story of how these brilliant innovations came to be.

2025.01.30 06:40 Aurora_Whale How strong do you think Dante and the LCB would be by post-Canto 13?
One thing that I think of is that the LCB would probably be colour grade by the end of Canto 13, or at least Grade 2 or 1 fixer.
From what I understand, some of the IDs are already a decent fixer level, and that's already a plus, but I'm waiting for that LCB being a bus filled with color-grade employees.
I'm also pretty convinced that Limbus Company wants to take over District L to fill the gap of Lob. Corp. but only time will tell if they want to go that far.
Anywho, them becoming colors are still a long way, and I'm looking forward to that journey.
And I think, personally, this is just Chapter 1 of Limbus Company. I think after Canto 13 (or 15 if you add Verg and Charon) there will be a new chapter below the Cantos that, when pressed, drops down to another whole campaign.
A year and a half has passed and we're already past Canto 6, so I think there's more in store for us.

Property prices are really high now and after searching for Condos for a while, the ideal sweet spot is somewhere between 2.4m to 2.8m where one will get a good mix between living space, location and size. Sole breadwinner with 1 kid.
Question for people here, how much in savings buffer should one have after buying the property?
If say I were to go for a 2.8m condo, I will still have a savings buffer, but it will be lower than what i originally envisioned when I started my search.
Appreciate any input thanks

Im not even close to residency rn, but I've been thinking which specialty I would like to do. I always wanted neurosurgery, prestige, good money, very interesting to me, and helping people on some very hardcore situations. Buut the limited time ill have to be with my wife and children is a deal breaker for me. Ik im not in the correct career if i want time off, but I feel medicine is for me, i just dont want to jeopardize my future famlily. Ik im years away of having to make this decision but i like doing my research with time. Whoch specialty woudl you say can give a good enough salary, its not boring and repetitive and will give me some time to enjoy with my family? Ill probably do my residency in germany btw
