When a patient is ready for AI, why isn't a base line test of estrogen levels before starting for example Letrozole? How to determine when enough is enough? Since estrogen is stored in a post menopausal woman's fat cells, what if she loses a significant amount of weight? Wouldn't that lower levels of estrogen and lower the needed dosage of Letrozole?
For diabetics, there is careful monitoring of their dosages of meds. Does "Standard of Care" means "One size fits all"? Estrogen even post menopausal gives the patient quality of life. it doesn't just deprive the cancer cells of estrogen, but many body processes. Considering this drug that presents such effects, there would be more moderating of the dosage.
Also, some onco's start off their patients with small doses and gradually work their was up to the 2.5 mg. Some research indicates that a smaller dosage has the same effect. Is SOC a sledgehammer? Is it beyond the pervue of oncologists to monitor hormones and a gynecologist might have better training and understand? Should a gyno be working with the onco?

I have a lot of transferable skills usually as I’m in computer science and one skill is very similar to another. However, in my jobs it may say that I worked with one technical skill but even though it’s transferable, how would I put that in my resume? Wont employers check LinkedIn to see what technical skills I’ve worked with?
Should I just remove all of my technical skills and just keep my employment history? Or should I delete LinkedIn as a whole?

Hello everyone, I am worried about my 65 y/o mother’s recent bone density scan results. Her doctor is on vacation and that’s why I’m posting here. I attach her bone density scan results above.
Per World Health Organization criteria for BMD interpretation classify patients as Normal (T-score at or above -1.0). Osteopenic (T-score between -1.0 and -2.5), or Osteoporotic (T-score at or below -2.5).
Per report my mother’s “Lumbar vertebrae L1-L.4 scanned with an average bone mineral density of 1.154 grams/cm squared corresponding with a T-score of 1.0.” It was noted as “osteopenic.” Could this be an error? Should the T-score be classified as “normal” instead?
Per report my mother’s “Total left hip scanned with an average bone mineral density of 1.105 grams/cm squared corresponding with a T-score of 1.3. It was noted as “osteopenic.” Could this be an error? Should the T-score be classified as “normal” instead?

An application for rent is asking for light credit history. I received a CCJ mid last year for defaults on council tax, the CCJ has been paid/settled. I filed for a credit check through Experian (post CCJ) which didn’t show any sign of the CCJ existing. I’m almost certain I received another one around 3/4 years ago too but I haven’t heard anything of that one since,… Again wasn’t visible on the provided credit report/check. From the little immediate information I can find, the CCJ may not have stuck as it was settled within 30 days.
I’ve since been accepted for a minor loan and a credit building credit card so seems to have had little to no negative impact. I’m reluctant to declare the CCJ in this housing application as I fear it will impair the proceedings and I don’t wanna look like a bum tbh.
TL;DR Why isn’t a recent CCJ showing in personal credit check. Does my rental application boast greater strength through admitting adverse credit history, will the estate agents be able to see information I am otherwise non-privy to

I’m making this to put it out there for anyone trying to decipher car spawns in the game and how to get different paint schemes. Y’all feel free to add to this below or message me and I’ll update the original post to include. I’m purely putting this out there for the good of the community as multiple other posts (and platforms) didn’t get me the answer I’d been looking for and it made me think my game was bugged when in fact, it wasn’t. Here are my notes:
Ø Exotic cars are locked behind Quality Mode.
At least for me, on Xbox Series S, only low-end cars spawn throughout the game when playing on Performance Mode. No matter what district, I usually get the same 5 types of cars- none of which I want to drive. Turning on Quality Mode, I had a unique Quadra Sport R-7 spawn within 10 seconds. Night & day different for traffic density, car diversity, and exotics.
Ø Each district has specific cars that are more dominant in that area than others.
Each district is designed to reflect the demographic of people living in that area. That being said, you’ll find a lot of cars in the game all across Night City (example: the Mizutani Shion is e v e r y w h e r e) and with enough time, you’ll prettymuch catch ‘em all. The highway and “Just Another Story” car theft missions will also give you unique selections a lot of the time. What I’m listing below are my top cars for unique paints and where to find them. Please feel free to correct/update the listing as my taste is specific to me, where y’all may enjoy a different experience. Shoutout to the Mai Mai gang!
1. Hererra Outlaw GTS
o There are at least two unique paint schemes for the Outlaw.
o Can be found in City Center and also around North Oak.
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Gold Pacific Marina, close to Dino’s gig
§ Fourth Wall Studios, near the North Oak on-ramp
§ The Afterlife, in the parking lot
§ Lele Park, during the “Family Heirloom” quest for Rogue
2. Hererra Riptide “Terrier”
o There are at least two unique paint schemes for the Riptide.
o Can be found in City Center and also around North Oak.
o I haven’t seen this car parked in any place specifically, but I see it quite a bit on “Just Another Story” missions
3. Rayfield Aerondight
o There are at least five unique paint schemes for the Aerondight.
o Can be found in City Center but more dominantly in North Oak.
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Gold Pacific Marina, close to Dino’s gig
§ The Heavy Hearts Club, parked outside sometimes
4. Rayfield Caliburn
o There are at least five unique paint schemes for the Caliburn.
o Can be found in City Center, North Oak, Westbrook, and Watson.
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Gold Pacific Marina, close to Dino’s gig
§ During the “Family Heirloom” quest for Rogue
§ The Afterlife, in the parking lot
§ Fourth Wall Studios, near the North Oak on-ramp
§ During “The Beast in Me” quest for Claire
5. Quadra Sport R-7
o There are at least two unique paint schemes for the Sport R-7.
o Can be found in North Oak, Watson, and City Center.
o I haven’t seen this car parked in any place specifically.
6. Quadra Type-66 Avenger
o There are at least three unique paint schemes for the Avenger.
o Can be found in Watson, specifically around Riot/Afterlife/Vik’s.
Note: There are two bugged skins for the Avenger (“all red” and “purple & black”). The Avenger at the Arasaka Estate looks like an Avenger, but is labeled “Type-66 680 TS” in the game, thus making it look bugged. The same is true for the red paint scheme.
7. Quadra Type-66 640 TS
o There are at least five unique paint schemes for the Type-66 640 TS.
o Can be found in Watson, specifically between 5pm-10pm around Riot/Afterlife/Vik’s
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Gold Pacific Marina, near Dino’s gig
§ Arasaka Estate, behind the gate
§ During “The Beast in Me” quest for Claire
8. Quadra Turbo-R 740
o There are at least four unique paint schemes for the Turbo-R 740.
o Can be found in Watson, but also City Center, North Oak, and Westbrook.
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Gold Pacific Marina, near Dino’s gig
§ The Heavy Hearts Club, parked outside
§ During “The Beast in Me” quest for Claire
§ Outside of Vik’s, in a parking lot next to where you meet Dex
9. Villefort Alvarado 570
o There are at least three unique paint schemes for the Alvarado 570.
o Can be found in Heywood, Watson, City Center, and Santo Domingo.
o Parked versions can be found at:
§ Lizzie’s, parked outside the wall
Ø Best tips for finding a lot of cars in a short amount of time:
- Go to a busy intersection on foot, stand there and wait. It takes everything in me not to just go running around and looking myself, but it pays off to just sit tight and let the prize come to you.
- The amount of cars spawning in depends on the time of day. If you’re not seeing cars spawn in and it’s 3am- that’s why. CDPR tries to make Night City feel dynamic and real but adjusting the amount of cars on the road to reflect the real world. Morning traffic and around 5pm-10pm have produced the best results for me.
- Look around for “Just Another Story” car theft missions. You don’t have to actually do them, but they’ll often times have cars with unique paint schemes that you’d normally have a hard time finding. The Riptide “Terrier” is a good example of this.
- If you find that cars disappear when you turn around or aren’t spawning in like they should, then restart your game. Fast traveling sometimes fixes this, but not always. The same goes for if you can’t spawn in your own car.
I hope this was helpful in some way for players jumping into TwinTone/CrystalCoat for the first time or just needing some help on their paint hunt. Again, please please please get at me to update the listing for where to find preem paints for cars and I’ll add it. Same goes for screenshots of unique paints- I’ll happily add them as we go along. My goal is to make this a “one stop shop” for TwinTone so players don’t have to comb the internet to get a simple answer.

Hello,
Sorry not too sure where else to post this but hopefully someone here may have some helpful info!
So, I had a medical last week for a site that I am being contracted out to as part of the medical they need a letter from my GP stating that some medications are effective, not going to cause issues, Im compliant with treatment etc etc.
I had GP appointment yesterday to get the letter however they hadn’t had any information from the specialist regarding my condition since the initial diagnosis report which was 30/10/2024 so they declined to write me the letter. That then has led me to chase up the specialist (which is online only and has no number or address) with multiple emails stating I need this letter ASAP as Im due to be on site already but the medical report can’t be released until I have the letter. I finally heard back from them stating I have to book a 5 minute consult and the earliest available is 14th February.
I replied back saying I can’t wait that long and that the information required should have already been sent to my GP as you’ve outlined them as providing ongoing care in the report. Im not sure what my options are here?
I feel like getting a letter from someone stating the required information shouldn’t be this hard!
Im not sure what to do? Sorry for my rant

Finally I will be ending two years of emotionally abusive relationship. Therapy helped me a lot to figure out what I was going through. He is a covert Narcissist, living in his own world where he is always the victim. Honestly, now I can think a little clear of what I was going through and I feel so guilty that I allowed somebody to treat me like shit. I feel like I wasn't able to protect myself, I am so much angry at myself that I wasn't able to get out of this relationship earlier. I was just a free maid , caretaker for him. In the beginning he pretended to be the best person in the world, slowly he started showing me what a true monster he was. He compares me to his mother, his mother and him body shamed me (I am not even overweight), zero appreciation for what I did for him. Worst thing is I still care about him lol. I tried playing this game after I migrated from Blitz. There several things I learnt from playing this game.
- Map awarenes technique is different, you need to carefully peak in corners or else you go boom.
- Tanks, Ships and Aircrafts doesn't have Health Pools. If your opponent ammoracked you, you go Deadpool, except for planes if they hit your engine you go shooting star.
- Controlling fighter bombers in in-game is slightly difficult, either you end up crash dive w/o dropping your bomb/s or survive and missing the target.
- Flying bombers if difficult too specially if you're going to do bomb run.
- Controlling fighters and do dogfights is also difficult if you cannot get in your enemy's six and end up crashing without a single dent on your opponent.
- I love Japanese and Israel tanks, and German planes just waiting for Japanese air to join the fray.
