So when I get stressed (big 2 weeks, hubby went back to work, I’m an airforce wife, mini me got her first period & I had mine for nearly 2 weeks defining on the pill, I had two wisdom teeth out, I had my dog & one cat to the vet for dental & then the same cat back for sudden aggression oh & I got a new car)my body has a hissy fit & makes me sick & this time it’s Shingles, thing is I’ve only just turned 39, I’m on so many meds (7 over a day including my normal daily ones) I swear I rattle. i went to my therapist for a couple years and he was extremely helpful and i stopped going about 6months ago because i felt like i was finally doing fine, i googled him just to get his number because i had got a new phone, i ended up reading 1 star reviews of him and it was really clearly from people who dont want help or cant accept they need help, one person wrote about an essay length review negatively about him because he has suggested rehab, i think that different therapists and different programs work for different ppl, i don’t like aa, i loved therapy, i hated rehab, but i liked extensive rehab while maintaining my job and regular life, so anyway reminder to do what works for you, but don’t ’yuck someone else’s yum’

2025.01.30 08:10 shr00mss- Update on my first class!
I just completed it! It was so fun and because it was the open class I was the most flexible there, and because of my vigorous previous sports and them needing good balance I didn’t stick out too much when we tried developpes (even though i did fall over a fair bit more hahaha). We did mainly strength stuff like leg lifts and stretches like splits on the floor as it’s a new year to refresh us it was amazing and I’m definitely continuing, trying to go in all the classes I can, including adult ballet because they said I can !!! I really want to work on my arches as i’ve my flexibility good (already doing over splits etc) and strength pretty good too as I dont have that much strength to flexibility imbalance. How do I get the most scrumptious boneless beautiful banana feet pleeease Ive been spending hours each week and during school tracing the alphabet with my feet and all sorts of stuff. Maybe could you link to a good arch trainer aswell? And i notice i’m sickling a bit, though i’m guessing thats just more strength needed in the feet and ankles.

Hello everyone!
What a motorcycle. Done 2400 kms (~1500 mi) so far and loving it. Before this, I rode a Honda CB350 Hness ('22 model) which I still have and love to bits for its easy relaxed vibe and time travel capability. The Transalp on the other hand lets me cover long distances faster while being comfortable. The sound is great too. And the seat height and weight not too daunting for my 5'-8" frame.
I'm using SRC guards and bash plate, Motorfans aux lights, barkbusters and custom-made saddle stays for soft luggage.
Planning to install a small topcase to carry tools and cleaning cloth etc. Suggestions welcome!
I'm semi-retired and I travel with my 11yo boy, in the style of Robert Pirsig (Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance). The kid loves all this and we have the best time together seeing the country.
