A recruiter has been pushing me to switch from a backend position to a full-stack one in the recruitment process. First, she asked if I was interested, and I said I'd check the job description and think about it. Later, I told her I prefer backend since it fits my skills and tools better. She asked again, "Are you sure?" I said yes. Then she asked again, and I haven’t replied yet.
This is for a trainee role at a well-known non-tech company in my country (probably world wide too), with different position IT options. I’m at step 4 of 5. The full-stack role also has a coding test, but the backend one doesn’t (I know, strange).
I'm getting confused now, why do you guys think she's pushing me towards the full-stack role? Where do I have a better chance to land a job?

2025.01.30 07:53 Grellet_Grindelwald IEM + bluetooth module VS Astell&Kern AK UW100MKII TWS Earbuds?
Guys, I bought an AK UW100MKII yesterday. And I don't like its fit. It kinda hurts my ear a bit and for some reason I don't find the sound quality that impressive. It's pretty decent. But compared to the KZ Edx Pro I own which is like 1/5th of the price, it's not impressive. Perhaps it's cuz one is wired and the other one is wireless. But now I am thinking of retuning the AK UW100MKII if possible and buying a TWS bluetooth module (maybe KZ AZ09) to use with the KZ Edx Pro. Is it a wise decision? I haven't used earbuds before and I have never found them comfortable. I doubt if I will get used to it. Does anyone have experience with using TWS bluetooth modules with detachable IEMs? I would like to use it wired if I am listening to music or watching movies. But I would like to use it wireless when I am at work. So would switching between wireless and wired affect the IEM pins? Any advice will be appreciated

I always used a 6 blade dollar shave club carriage razor. When I learned using a safety razor was still popular way of shaving, I was actually surprised and super intrigued! But I was scared because I heard it’s a whole learning curve and I was just scared to learn how to shave again. But I wanted to try some of the other products so I tried the Proraso Green and loved how it felt and made my face feel. I later ended up grabbing their pre and post shave stuff and kept using it, even with just my cartridge razor shaves.
Recently, I found out about Leaf’s razors and that their safety razors are kinda designed in a way for it to be easy to start shaving after coming from a cartridge style razors. And I’ll tell ya, I love it.
I bought the Thorn because my hair grows in a bit thick. I picked it up really quickly and haven’t nicked myself yet. I’m able to go WTG and ATG like I normally do with my old razors.
My first shave, I had a little razor burn/irritation under my jaw but once I kinda really studied my hair growth and took my time actually going with the hair growth and vice versa, my second shave was finished with zero irritation and just as close and smooth as I could get with my cartridge. Really happy I made the jump!

hi po! i have been told by an architect that lives a few houses away from mine that they are open for apprenticeship since ginagawa niya ngayon yung house ng tita ko (also lives in the same area), however, since home office lang siya most likely ang set up daw is work from home, with designated site visits always per week (once a week minimum, to multiple days a week if needed). asking lang kung kayo nasa situation ay ggrab niyo ba ang offer?
medjo nervous lang me since the architect’s practically our neighbor and their relatives and mine are acquaintances. my tita says na well trained naman siya with good management since ilang times na siya nagpagawa kay arch. arch also worked for very reputable firms, and is ethical (compared to others who may take advantage of juniors like my past apprenticeship boss)

Later in that ep, both him and the rabbit shared their snacks together. In ep 128, Chiikawa saw the rabbit who sat next to him, (the same one he shared snacks with) wore the same color as his pajamas. They started talking about the coincidence. Move forward to ep 130, Chiikawa and his friends were on a hunt. They planned on hunting something big this time. Suddenly a monster (Anoko), stepped out of the bushes. Hachiware quickly chased down Anoko while trying to get his friends to surround it. But he got hit by its tail and flew backwards. Chiikawa ran to Hachiware to check up on him. Anoko was surprised at what happened. Then a frog jumped out of no where, Anoko looked over and pointed at the frog while hinting Chiikawa something but he didn't get it. Then ep 131 came and we got to see a puppy took over the rabbit's place. Chiikawa missed it so he went back to the frog-looking thingy and bought same chocolate that the rabbit shared with him. I saw someone telling why Anoko was pointing at the frog in ep 130 is because it was the rabbit who sat next to Chiikawa in the lemon factory. i've been trying to get into contact with advisors and whatnot about this but i'm not getting a straight answer
for context, i turned in work for one of the classes i took on november 15 (way before end of semester) and my professor never graded it and gave me an incomplete which put me on academic notice
after multiple of emails the essay was graded and my incomplete was changed to an A- but l&s says resolved incompletes don't change standing until next semester
i know an academic notice doesn't go on the record nor does it really matter in the long run, but the inability to pnp for the semester is killing me due to my classes
i'm wondering if i have a case considering i would have never been on academic standing if my essay was graded in time
