I know things are tense in the US with laws that are going to be passed soon regarding X gender markers on passports, but do you think it’d be alright if I just updated my birth certificate marker, and then update everything else when everything settles down? I live in Tennessee currently, (a very progressive and accepting area however) but luckily I was born in California, so does that mean at least my birth certificate gender marker would be less likely to get reversed? Should I try this? Because in Tennessee, they don’t let you change your gender marker on Id’s unless it matches your birth certificate

Has anyone had this problem before? My air went out last year in march I got it fixed in may i spent a little over $1200 getting my a/c fixed they said it was the compressor that went out well in august it went out again they didn't give me a definite answer as to why but put another compressor on my car and here it is 5 months later it has quit working again. Does anyone know what may be causing this or has this happen to them before? I have a 2013 ford fusion

About 2 weeks ago when the magma ore was added i used to get a lot more magma eggs but now i can't get any, back then i would mine 50 magma ores and get around 20 eggs but nowadays i mined 50 ores and don't get a single egg, what's going on? Is it bugged? Were they nerfed? Were they removed and now they're unobtainable?

I have come here in search of advice. My 4yo daughter loves sleeping with me or my husband. We both feel like it's time she starts to go to sleep by herself. (I love her snuggles, but we both miss having our evenings to ourselves.) I haven't exactly tried anything yet because I am not sure WHAT to try. She likes to be held when she's going to sleep, so I am not even sure where to begin. Any stories, advice, or even just commiseration is appreciated!

I have been suspecting that I have this disorder for some time because I meet almost all the criteria, but especially the one for magical thinking: From a very young age I remember having constant terrors that something was observing me and controlling me, causing me to avoid certain activities and be constantly cautious, I did not dare to be alone and I performed rituals to protect myself from it. I also remember having constant thoughts about death and torture, which I felt like I had to repeat a mantra several times in my head because if I didn't I thought any of the things I was thinking about could happen to me.
Now, as an adult, I still feel these presences, the difference is that I have gotten used to them and live with them but they are still there, not to mention the deep paranoia that does make me have a hard time. I don't know if it's worth seeking a diagnosis to get help because I don't know how to tell the psychologist about this.

So not trying to start a conspiracy or anything. But my s24+ is already on the January software update version. And now I'm getting a second uodate, build ending in AXL4, 404MB in size. Past years of experience has made me realize that previos gen phone tends to become slower when the new model Coles out. And this update is lining perfectly with the s25 release. what are the chances this update is gonna reduce the phones performance so people get annoyed and upgrade to the s25 for "better" performance ..

I saw on a post that the Walmart doesn't allow parking anymore, and was wondering where I could park and camp quietly without being bothered? Also I was planning on skiing a day or two at Big Sky and was considering taking the bus rather than driving the extra hour. Any recs on a place to also just leave the van for the day in town (and not worry about it)? Thanks!

So I’m going to run a campaign in Mystara and I have a copy of the Rules Cyclopedia, Old School Essentials, and a couple others to choose from. What do people use that’s largely compatible? I imagine the RC is perfectly compatible and I imagine Shadowdark and Lamentations would take conversion work that I don’t want to have ti do? :) what game do you guys use?
Also - I have my original Rules Cyclopedia but was thinking about printing one from DriveTbruRPG for a table copy if I went with that system, but someone told me their version had some blurring problems. Anyone experience this?
