Hi everyone,
I am fairly new to AI and coding, and I’m curious about fine-tuning OpenAI’s Whisper model to improve its accuracy for a local language.
Has anyone here successfully fine-tuned Whisper? If so, how did you do it? What tools, frameworks, or techniques did you use? Would transfer learning or some other method work best? I tried doing it my self on colab but I coulddnt seem to make it work, to begin with I just used common voices from Mozilla to see if it was even possible, maybe it is my limitation, but just wanted to ask if anyone have done it and could guide me a bit :) I’d really appreciate any insights, experiences, or resources that could help!

2025.01.30 08:01 TheCasualUrchin Help with indents on my rifle
 | Currently trying to add indents into my magazine and rifle body based on the reference photo (see images, circled) I’ve tried using inset/ extrude (on ALT E) but nothing seems to work and make it stand out as good as it should be (?) - that was my issue with the magazine using knife tool to try form a semi circle at the bottom Q : How can i make these indents easier and less time consuming without my gun exploding? For the main barrel vents i used the boolean modifiers which turned out OK, my main issue here is that i want to make it with the actual main gun body to mirror on the other side however i just can’t get get it to form properly. When trying to join the to parts to get the mirror i find my gun explodes and fails. Q: How can i add indents using the main rifle body through subdivisions etc while trying to make the edges rounded on the indent? So i gained some courage and went to her talked abt the actual situation and apologized, also assured her that i would never ever break her trust again but she said that she do trust me but there will be always a fear in her mind when she steps out of the house and she can’t let me marry my bf bcoz he’s not the same caste. Now keeping this marriage thing aside, when i said to my mum that if she says to block him and stop talking to him I’ll do it right away but she didn’t answered this instead said “Idk I can’t say anything”. Now idk what to do ? One more thing that she said is “if one of ur siblings would do this I won’t be hurt this much but i had expectations for u, everyone in the neighborhood would be talking abt u rn there’s nothing left for me to live”. I feel so shameful of my act and the way she said it like the tone she used I literally felt the urge to kms. I had a really depressing past, only thing that i found peace in was my bf. My family situations has always bothered me,my studies, my life, now things just keep adding on. I do wanna kms but yk I don’t have guts to do it. Im literally stuck in between all these messed up thing. What should i do now?

PT told me that my limp comes more from lack of strength in my back on the incision side rather than from the bad foot, anybody had this? I’m (15f) attracted to my basketball coach(40-ish) In school. Okay so, I recently joined this basketball club for girls in my school cause why not nd I love BALLS🤷♀️ Everything was cool and shit until I’ve started feeling this sort of attraction towards my coach, he’s nice and charismatic..and I’m pretty sure that he’s still single. When my feelings for him started developing I became even more enthusiastic and active in every training we have. He’s my motivation fr.
We had a couple of games against other schools and i didn’t really gaf whenever my team won or loss, as long as i’m doing my best that’s all what matters—I have that mindset.
But when my team lost yesterday I literally forced myself to cry even though i thought that it wasn’t that big of a deal—all because I wanted my coach’s attention so bad. And guess what, that mannn comforted me and he even told me that I did really good and that he’s still proud of our team, man I was feeling all giddy inside. Ik that what i did was so fucking cringe—like my teammates were sort of glaring at me but ehh.
I need him so bad i’m gonna crash out. Is this unhealthy or what, should I do something about it?😩

Hey! I'm trying to look for some recommendations on an ADHD friendly app to send reminders to my phone and preferably one that can link to my Gmail calendar.
I am a chronic pain patient (which is so much fun with ADHD), and I need an app to remind me when to take meds, do my physio/yoga, move around to stop muscle tension, aswell as apps to remind me when to start cooking, go to bed etc.
Does anyone have an ADHD friendly reminder apps? Setting up alarms on my phone doesn't work so well as the sound of the alarm can throw me off focus, so I'm looking for an app that would just pop up with a notification on my phone screen.
