What steps, if any, do you take to protect yourself from clients who are severely mentally ill and potentially violent?
I have no online presence outside of work but my wife is particularly concerned about clients who may be tech-savvy enough to look up property records/deeds, etc.

US Rater here. I was one of the people put on hold in November and I was just reinstated last week (they actually sent me a separation of employment email before changing their mind). I just got an email enrolling me in a QIP. Are a lot of people enrolled in these or am I just phenomenally bad at this? I only rated for a week before the initial hold and now only about 5 total days before this QIP. It's possible that I am just really bad, I was just curious.

This whole Daphne Rose storyline is a complete joke. She slinks in smelling all loud with a French accent and they think that’s going to turn Carter’s head. What about a connection, what about chemistry? These are things he has with Hope. I don’t think he’s going to leave her anytime soon and if they drag this out it’s going to be unbearable. Besides if Steffy thinks Hope is the problem why not bring in somebody to seduce her instead of Carter?

I paid off the remaining balance last year. I do not have any other credit cards. I currently have a 578 credit score. How do I start to improve my credit? Can I get another credit card? I was never taught how to handle these things and I don't want to make another mistake. What are my first steps?

Title pretty much says it all. I’m moving from the Midwest to Salt Lake City. I just toured some apartments there and had a great time.
Some background on me:
I just left my job as a chemist for a chemical waste company. I tested hazardous chemicals for proper environmental disposal.
Prior to that I was a property manager for 4 years.
Prior experience in software sales, audiovisual system design, and managing a warehouse.
I would hope to not see a lot of hateful comments, as I usually don’t go full public with my identity; but I understand what I am getting into

Title says it all, the fans seem to spin at high speed for any mildly intensive graphics settings. The PC transitions from just idle console level fan noise to where it cranks up to 60 dB (according to my decibal meter phone app) when I launch Helldiver's 2 in 1440p, ultra settings dlss on.
