i went to my therapist for a couple years and he was extremely helpful and i stopped going about 6months ago because i felt like i was finally doing fine, i googled him just to get his number because i had got a new phone, i ended up reading 1 star reviews of him and it was really clearly from people who dont want help or cant accept they need help, one person wrote about an essay length review negatively about him because he has suggested rehab, i think that different therapists and different programs work for different ppl, i donāt like aa, i loved therapy, i hated rehab, but i liked extensive rehab while maintaining my job and regular life, so anyway reminder to do what works for you, but donāt āyuck someone elseās yumā

I just completed it! It was so fun and because it was the open class I was the most flexible there, and because of my vigorous previous sports and them needing good balance I didnāt stick out too much when we tried developpes (even though i did fall over a fair bit more hahaha). We did mainly strength stuff like leg lifts and stretches like splits on the floor as itās a new year to refresh us it was amazing and Iām definitely continuing, trying to go in all the classes I can, including adult ballet because they said I can !!! I really want to work on my arches as iāve my flexibility good (already doing over splits etc) and strength pretty good too as I dont have that much strength to flexibility imbalance. How do I get the most scrumptious boneless beautiful banana feet pleeease Ive been spending hours each week and during school tracing the alphabet with my feet and all sorts of stuff. Maybe could you link to a good arch trainer aswell? And i notice iām sickling a bit, though iām guessing thats just more strength needed in the feet and ankles.

Hello everyone!
What a motorcycle. Done 2400 kms (~1500 mi) so far and loving it. Before this, I rode a Honda CB350 Hness ('22 model) which I still have and love to bits for its easy relaxed vibe and time travel capability. The Transalp on the other hand lets me cover long distances faster while being comfortable. The sound is great too. And the seat height and weight not too daunting for my 5'-8" frame.
I'm using SRC guards and bash plate, Motorfans aux lights, barkbusters and custom-made saddle stays for soft luggage.
Planning to install a small topcase to carry tools and cleaning cloth etc. Suggestions welcome!
I'm semi-retired and I travel with my 11yo boy, in the style of Robert Pirsig (Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance). The kid loves all this and we have the best time together seeing the country.

Anyone else irrationally annoyed by clubs having a preposterous number of nicknames listed on Wikipedia, to the point that it includes ones that no-one ever uses?
Classic example I spotted - Nottingham Forest. Wikipedia gives us "Forest, The Garibaldis, The Reds, The Tricky Trees".
If you asked, say, Nick Miller, "Who have the Tricky Trees got this weekend?", I think he'd blink in a slightly alarmed way, make his excuses, and leave.
Of course it's important not to be too prescriptive about things, language changes, traditions evolve etc., but fundamentally if you can't imagine a supporter of that club saying the nickname out loud and keeping a straight face then I don't think it counts.
I don't mind an exemption for antiquated names no-one really uses anymore - especially if it keeps alive "The Throstles" as a nickname for West Brom rather than the awful "Baggies". But we really have to draw a line somewhere.

My abuser works with us. We have had time off work because our work is closed but there is another department some people have been shifted to temporarily.
My friend told me my abuser will work with him tonight and I feel anxious. I donāt need to see him or anything but only this friend knows about my situation. My abuser once contacted my friend also and I am worried my friend will become anxious and isolate because he has said he doesnāt wanna get involved at all.
I am also contemplating what I should do. I havenāt done anything yet but in 1 week I will return to work with him. I think I need to pull the trigger and speak to the police so that at least someone is kind of aware. In case anything happens to me you know?
I am worried that my abuser coming back to work will reignite his obsession with me and it will start up again. I just feel really scared.

Recruiters of reddit, nandito ba kayo ngayon? Baka pwede maka hingi ng tulong para ma ace ko yung interview ko.
For context: I have gaps in between my employment history, first naka 11 months akong work pero decided to resign kasi nag back to office na at hindi ko kaya yung set up before kasi nagpapa breastfeed ako ng baby + nag review ako sa board exam (pero di ako pumasa), on the side nag apply ako pasulpoy sulpot lang pero di ako nahire. After 8 months, nag apply ako ulit pero government naman, contractual lang nag start January, pero nag end din ako by June kasi nag start naman mag review yung partner ko for board exam so ako naman ulit nagbantay ng baby namin + nag review ulit ako to try ulit sa boards pero bumagsak ulit ako. So now activey seeking for a job na ako pero parang lagi akong narered flag ng recruiters kapag sinasabi kong nag resign ako to focus sa review ng board exam + alaga sa anak ko. So basically naging honest lang ako sa question nila.
So now, ano ba dapat ang isagot ko sa lapses or gaps ng employment ko if ever? Gusto ko kasi talaga makapasok sa company na to kaya nagppractice na ko for few days pero kinakabahan ako baka di nila magustuhan sagot ko.

One in particular was Becky found some pain meds in rosanne's room and once they figured out that is how she died ; Darlene took the pills from Becky and Becky became all upset saying "seriously... That was all I wanted of hers" Then the laugh track played... Idk that seemed pretty cold and just rosanne dying of an overdose seems pretty heartless I'm that alone..... Seems just like a very odd way for the writers to make her die
