You will never know if you will succeed here, or in life, for sure.
You will put in effort and fail many times, but that should not restrict you from continuing to try because one day, after failing 99 times your 100th try will make it.
Be it in an exam, or job, or position.

Iāve been going crazy for the past 2 days. When I start downloading, it starts well (around. 20Mb/s) then it drops to 5Mb and keeps going up and down. Could it be a hardware issue thatās causing this? Or is it just a case of a shitty internet? (PSI Iām downloading this on a HDD)

Title is pretty self explanatory. I made aliyah almost a month ago and I am not enlisting for a year. I have been wanting to learn krav maga for awhile and now that I'm here I'm struggling to find places in tlv. Hey everyone, Iāve been a lifelong side sleeper (for 19 years!) and never really thought much about it until recently. I realized that I might have been sleeping āwrongā all this time because my Iāve been experiencing some neck discomfort and posture issue.
I decided to try sleeping in a head-forward position (on my back, with my head facing straight up), but it feels SO uncomfortable. I canāt seem to relax (like my body just rejects it). Has anyone else experienced this? Why is it so hard to adjust to this position?
Also, if anyone has successfully changed their sleep position, Iād love some tips! I really want to make this work because I think it might help with my neck and posture issues.
