 | So my E-scooter thrust handle stopped working out of nowhere (could have been by some strangers playing with it or not) So i unscrewed almost everything around the handle and the controller(see pics) but i dont see any loose or disconnected cable but the display indicates a problem with the handle. Is there maybe a something i can do I didnt so yet? The controller is a Hu Shi 48v12g controller XZ-Z4812-XLY-X The scooter model is called Cygent EG-1 Is there maybe some combination of buttons that might have deactivated it? I purchased an add-on for my yearly tests and the results just aren't on the dashboard - it's been more than four weeks at this point.
I've reached out to support on the website a few times - they say everything is ok. When I pushed back they said they will check with the team and after a few days just sent the original 'everything is ok' message.
I'm not sure what I can do at this point

I just adore my boyfriend so much. Just everything about him makes me so happy. I can’t put into words how much this man means to me. He means the absolute world.
We started dating on October 22nd 2024, and I think since then my life has changed for the better. We already have trips planned, date ideas, and so much more. He saved me through the worst time of my life in August 2024, and I cant express how much I love him.
I think whenever I knew he was the one was when we slow danced to “My Kind of Woman” and I ended up in tears after hearing “Your my, my, my, My Kind of Woman” just being sung in my ear softly while being held in his arms.
I just, really, really adore my boyfriend :)

Why doesn't bangalore have more city parks outside of the core area ?
The lack of trees and urban greenspace makes the place feel like a dustbowl or an urban wasteland compared to areas like jayanagar and BTM where there's like parks in every direction.
Bangalore needs more cubbon park like parks instead of malls everywhere.
What happened? Why did we stop building more parks as the city expanded outward ?
If not park then at least every street must be lined with trees , the areas with more trees are much cooler to live in and feel more calm , safe and home .
It's the trees that give that old bengaluru charm and vibe to a place , this charm seems to be completely missing in the newer parts of the city.
Is there a way to request the local goverment as an individual or group or layout association to build a public park that stays open for the public or at least plant trees and build sidewalks on each end every street with like , a cement fence around the trees ?

This argument really annoys me whenever I see it. No language inherently deserves to be on duolingo more than another. You can advocate for your language, but don’t put another one down in the process. Most of the small courses were made only by volunteers anyway and they are the most barebones courses you can imagine. Duolingo likes to say it teaches endangered languages but it really does a terrible job at them since all of their effort goes towards like 7 languages. IMO they should put more effort into those courses than adding new ones(and my heritage language isn’t even an option).

My 5 year old has the smallest bedroom. It's not a box room but with a mid size cabin bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers there's not a huge amount of extra space. I'd like to make it special for him and looking at getting new furniture (not the bed though because that's new).
Could I see similar rooms for inspiration? He doesn't spend much time there to be fair but when he starts having friends over to play I imagine it will get more use.

2025.01.30 08:20 Translator-Stunning V21 of Pulsar X2 Superlight Mod
This is going to be the final version of this mouse, I don’t think the mod is going to be popular, however I will share the passion project just in case. I posted it on Bambu Makerworld and later am planning to release on Thingiverse and Printables.
The mouse with stock battery is 29.5 grams, relatively small and flares out the back, it closely resembles the Optimum Zeromouse.
V21 was a 1 grams weight reduction from v20, with bracing in the back to prevent the bottom from bowing out which was the main issue with the last version, it also trimmed down the triggers and added additional cutouts to further reduce the weight. Happy Printing Everyone!

My husband and I would like to take a trip to from Punta Arenas to Isla Magdalena to see the penguins. As I understand it, there are two options: take a public ferry or book a private tour. I have back problems, so all of the jostling in a speed boat isn't a good idea for me. I'm not sure whether the private tour companies use larger boats (ferry-sized) which would be gentler on my back.
Anyway, we will have a car, so we could drive ourselves to the port to catch a ferry -- we don't need to rely on being picked up from our hotel (unless it's too complicated/confusing to do it on your own). I've read reviews of some private tours, and it seems that once you're on the island, you're pretty much on your own for an hour. Since that's the case, and since we could probably get ourselves to the port, is the experience "just as good" taking a public ferry versus a more expensive small group private tour?

hi, I'm looking at my disassembled Hammerli Forge (1911 replica in 22).
on the breech, looking at the slide, I see the extractor and the "space" for the bullet rim. but in the opening of this space I see a metal part protruding...
how can this part not get in the way of the bullet that gets loaded?
I understand that the bullet goes up "behind" the extractor to not jump over it, and that's why you should not put a round in the chamber from the breech...
but how can it goes up if there is this part in the middle?

So I am planning to spend about 150 euros in etfs and i chose two etfs.
Problem is with the deposit fee! In this case, nordnet has all the etfs that I want and I can buy them, but it costs me 9 euro from the 3rd month (first 2 month will be 3 euros as a new customer).
IBKR does not have all the etfs that i chose, however, they have a very low deposit fees. They have all the msci but i did not found for example VGVF and SPPW!
Any suggestions? 😓
