2025.01.30 08:31 Remote-Ball-1647 Need help with symptoms
I am wondering if someone can give me some advice. I have been struggling for a while now with upper left flank pain that radiates down to my low back groin and left buttocks area. Along with this I have been having recurrent uti and since September have been on about 6 antibiotics for this reason. I had an ultrasound and an xray both negative for kidney stones. I tried to just draw a line under it and get on with things only it's so recurrent and the pain gets worse and worse.. In fact my symptoms seem to have progressed a bit more in that my legs and arms ache to the point I had a ct scan and the results show a 2mm stone in my right kideny but all my symptoms are on my left side. My doctor is worried that these symptoms could be from my bowel and has sent me in to a and e. I wonder could the ct have missed a stone in my left kidney ? Thanks

The appalling negligence of Microsoft letting our super modern devices with Apple Sillicon chips fry in high temperatures and drain our batteries. Every single video call I make heats up my Mac Mini M4 Pro completely ridiculously. Same thing on my Mac Book Pro M1 Max laptop. This piece of software is like something out of prehistoric times :( It looks to me like some kind of a setup.

2025.01.30 08:31 Dorakos Dragon Quest deserves to be as great as BG3
I really hope DQ12 will be as big and rich as BG3, it has been such long long way since the start. DQ was inspired from DnD and there's no doubt in my mind that the game could be as big in the west as DnD IP.
One flaw in DQ11 imo was that the choices rarely mattered or changed the story like in Elder Scrolls or Baldur's Gate and the reason why I say its a flaw because in my opinion why give the player choices if they don't matter in the long run?
Same goes as the movement during combat. I guess its cool that I can move my character during combat but it had no gameplay significance..
