Hello,
I keep hearing that people should eat more nuts as they are a good source of protein, fiber etc. and I know different nuts are good for you in different ways.
I've been looking for a daily mixed nut portion that balances the benefits of different nuts while being the correct daily portion so I don't end up eating too many. Often open a big back and just keep eating.
I can't find this anywhere does anybody know of a product like this? I just want to be able to take like a 30g-70g packet of nuts to work everyday and not have to mix my own.

Just seemed like it would be interesting as a build. I generally tend to play Control based decks.But kind of want to branch out a little bit But really don't want to blow eight hundred dollars on a deck.
I already basically have labrynth set up minus a few duplicates, But I was wondering if I might be able to slot a budget.Fiend smith build in for the fun of it.
Would greatly Appreciate any builds if you have them or any input.. Or if you have an equally fun side engine that goes with the flow pretty well , i'm also happy to explore those.

Hey folks- with all the chaotic shenanigans going on, I'm having a hard time finding groups of people with intentions to act. I've been able to follow large nation-wide groups that plan protests and provide information on the federal level, but who is planning protests around here? Yes, I can start a new action group, but there must already be many, and I'd rather support an existing one.
Side note, because I know it will come up, I understand that some people feel strongly that protesting does nothing. I do not expect protests to directly change legislation, but it does accomplish other things.
-It lets people know they aren't alone. Right now, it feels like the world is going insane, and we're just watching it from the other side of a screen. It starts to feel very isolating, and isolation is step one in breaking people down.
-It helps prioritize goals to act on. When you physically get people together, you can see which causes have the most support, and you can work together to prioritize.
- It is a place to meet like-minded people and find other ways to get involved. Often, there are groups at these events passing out fliers on local solutions and movements.
- Gathering large crowds of people show the world that we aren’t submissive. We aren’t just ‘letting this happen’, and most importantly, that Americans aren’t all the same. It’s a dangerous thing when the rest of the world starts to assume that we all believe in this stuff.
- Protests are an outlet. When things get really bad, people get antsy. Rather than letting this energy build up until it turns into a mob or a riot, this allows society to release some of the emotions in a way that isn’t harmful.
- People who protest also vote. They are often involved in local politics. They follow bills being proposed, and they act accordingly. I see so many comments 'stop protesting, go vote' and they make me crazy. People who spend hours out holding a sign on a corner don't suddenly get lazy on election days.

2025.01.30 14:41 chuckop Remap Copilot key on new Surface devices
I'm a big keyboard user, and use the Context Menu/Apps key frequently. This invokes what is commonly known as the "right-click menu".
On the Surface Laptop 7 and I'm sure on all the Surface Copilot+PC devices, the key between the right ALT and left arrow is now the Copilot key, which invokes the Copilot app.
My muscle memory towards that key placement is very high and I was constantly invoking Copilot when I wanted the context menu.
While I can use the FN key in addition to pressing the Copilot key to get my desired result, that was awkward because I move between laptop and desktop systems.
Instead, let's flip the default; the Copilot key does Context Menu and FN+Copilot launches Copilot.
Microsoft's PowerToys to the rescue! Using it's Keyboard Manager, I was able to configure it the way I want.
Here are the two mappings I put in. "F23" is the virtual key associated with Copilot. Do not know why it added the left Windows and Shift keys, but it works.
- F23 -> Apps/Menu
- Apps/Menu -> Win (left) + Shift (left) + F23

Good day everyone,
I recently bouth a Panasonic CF-XZ (model number CF-X6RDHZTF) without his stylus that seems very rare to find and powered by lame AAAA batteries. Reading on reddit (here) I found that the Lenovo Precision Pen 2 (2023) P/N ZG38C04471 -the gray one, non the black one - should be compatible, and in effects "kinda" works meaning that every now and then reads the input from the pen, but mostly when is very tilted or buttons are pressed, in any case only when touching the screen and not when hovering over it.
I should add that I'm using a clean install of windows 11 with the panasonic driver package for windows 10 21h2
The HID compliant pen Hardware ID is 0EEF and PID is C09E rev 470
There's any way I could further test it?

I currently have a 2018 Tarmac SL4 Sport (105 groupset), and the SL4 frame has that curvey 'old school' look.
Saw a great deal on fb marketplace for a 2019 Tarmac Expert SL6 model (Rim Brake) with ultegra components and roval wheels (all stock, nothing changed/upgraded). Am considering upgrading at almost no cost (i.e. buy at amazing fb marketplace price and sell my SL4 at nearly same price).
Components aside, I noticed the SL6 frameset looks very similar to the SL7 and SL8 overall in terms of design/shape. Is the SL6 frame inferioat pasuperior to the SL7/SL8 frame? SL6 released in 2019, then SL7 in 2021. Why and what changed in the SL7 that made it 'better'/'newer'? would the SL6 be a major 'upgrade' framewise versus the SL4?
