Anyone in the Cleveland Area?

2025.01.30 15:00 queenleo93 Anyone in the Cleveland Area?

Hi all! I’m in another Midwestern city in a large, well funded school district. I love my role as an elementary SSW. My husband has a job offer in the Cleveland area and I’m having a hard time finding the landscape and general pay of SSW in that area. I’m going to be real, I want to be in a district that is well organized and manages its programs well. I have been in districts that are not and the stress levels were not sustainable. I now have two small children and am in a much different stage of life. I would rather make a career pivot than hop from one school to another putting out fires. If anyone has thoughts or recs I would appreciate it :)
Generally, what is the landscape for SSW in the Cleveland area?

Surprise Song O’Clock Quilt Any Swiftie quilters here? My friend made this fantastic quilt but isn’t on Reddit so I am posting! There was a painstaking spreadsheet involved to be as accurate as possible to the time for each song as performed. A square for every show, a fabric for every album plus one for things not part of albums. It came out weird but f*kin beautiful!

2025.01.30 15:00 Fisherpike How can I help rehome these two poor souls

Came by these two birbs while visiting a relative yesterday. One budgie and one cockatiel. They were both left unattended and on the floor of the common corridor, with the cockatiel’s water full of larvae.
We’re birb people, read: slaves, ourselves(have two birb masters at home) and our hearts sank when we discovered such apparent neglect.
We were wondering how we could most efficiently help to rehome these two poor souls or if we could help by adopting them :’(

Chassis Function Restricted | BMW 650i I've got a 2017 650i that intermittently will throw a chassis function restricted warning on the A/V unit and then within seconds go away. I have yet to notice anything different drivabilty wise but it's happened once a day for the past few days now?
Anyone have a clue what that could pertain to?
Off topic but this morning, the check engine light stayed on for a few seconds after start up but also went away once I gave it gas. Not sure if both could be correlated. Any advice would be much appreciated.

2025.01.30 15:00 dhshwveuduavwh need advice on patch panel config for movable network rack

need advice on patch panel config for movable network rack I'm setting up a networking closet and need guidance on the best way to terminate incoming cables. Here's my situation:
Cable Details:
  • All incoming cables are solid copper
  • Most are shielded and hard-terminated at the far end
  • Mix of sources, mostly external to house (grounded and surge protected)
Space Constraints:
  • Narrow, shallow networking closet
  • Rack needs to be on casters for access
  • Will need to pull rack out occasionally for maintenance (frequently during initial set up, then every few months thereafter for maintenance)
My Question: I see two possible configurations and need help deciding between them:
  1. Direct-to-Rack Option:
  • Terminate solid copper cables directly to keystone patch panel in movable rack
  • Concern: Will moving the rack periodically damage solid copper cables over time?
  1. Wall-Mount Option:
  • Install grounded keystone patch panel in wall-mounted rack
  • Use patch cables to connect to movable equipment rack
  • Question: How do I handle backend access for the wall-mounted panel?
A) Should I: Use a swing-out rack (but wouldn't this still move the cables?) B) Use a fixed rack (more challenging for access)
Which approach would you recommend for long-term reliability? I want to balance cable protection with practical maintenance access. TIA!

  • Historical Move v Implied Move: We determine the historical volatility (standard deviation of daily log returns) of the underlying asset and compare that to the current implied volatility (IV) of the option price. We use the same DTE as a look back period. This is used to determine the Call or Put Premium associated with the pricing of options (implied volatility).
  • Directional Bias: Ranges from negative (bearish) to positive (bullish) and accounts for RSI, price trend, moving averages, and put/call skew over the past 6 weeks.
  • Priced Move: given the current option prices, how much in dollar amounts will the underlying have to move to make the call/put break even. This is how much vol the option is pricing in. The expected move.
  • Expiration: 2025-01-31.
  • Call/Put Premium: How much extra you are paying for the implied move relative to the historic move. Low numbers mean options are "cheaper." High numbers mean options are "expensive."
  • Efficiency: This factor represents the bid/ask spreads and the depth of the order book relative to the price of the option. It represents how much traders will pay in slippage with a round trip trade. Lower numbers are less efficient than higher numbers.
  • E.R.: Days unitl the next Earnings Release. This feature is still in beta as we work on a more complete list of earnings dates.
  • Why isn't my stock on this list? It doesn't have "weeklies", the underlying is "too cheap", or the options markets are too illiquid (open interest) to qualify for this strategy. 480 underlyings are used in this report and only the top results end up passing the criteria for each filter.
