Dear mods, I dont know if this is the right tag, take away the post if needed :))
Hey, looking att advice for my fullbody split, especially the diffrent workouts to choose.
The gym i have acces too is quite limited with only a lat pulldown machine and free weights (I.e barbells with plates), no there is no movable pulley on the lat pulldown machine.
All exercises start with 2 warm upp sets with lighter weights, the first with very light 5reps then another with medium with 3 reps.
Rep range 6-8 on working sets with maximum possible muscle activation, failure on all sets.
2 abs 1 stability, workout every other day starting with abs on monday resting the next day then stability... and so on, saturday sunday rest
I've also Kinda reached a platue on my bench where im progressing in reverse and if anyone could help me figure that out it would be much apreciated :)

So I have been reading around and saw an interest post bringing up the rumors from last summer that it was a "toxic, chauvinistic" set - and I certainly see lots of creative differences in viewpoints from the footage and interviews I've seen. Justin has mentioned how difficult it is to manage all the voices and input while directing, and he has mentioned how he wanted the audience to be on Lily's side - how he wanted them to like her and not be like "that would never happen to me". So I feel like that's the viewpoint he was coming from in trying to demonstrate the love between Lily and Ryle (and echoed between Lily's mom and her dad "why'd you stay" "I thought it would be too hard to leave. And I loved him").
I completely understand if others felt he got too focused on Ryle, but my question is - didn't people see this approach in the script? Why sign on if you don't believe in the directors vision?
And even more so - I wish this could have been a part of the promo conversation. Like - we really wrestled with the viewpoints and how to tell this specific story. This was challenging because of the themes involved etc. - how to honor those who have experienced it etc.
Maybe there was SH. I feel like "misconduct" is more likely given the evidence we've seen. But mostly I feel like this has been severely mishandled by all involved along the way.

2025.01.30 18:01 Basket_Motor Moonlight and lossless
So I am trying to use lossless from my 4090 PC to my steam deck OLED using moonlight. I have read multiple post on Reddit and the net and have not figured out how to make it work streaming.
I am on the latest version of lossless and have ensured there is nothing interfering with it working.
Here is what happens, when I do lossless it shows 45/90 and on my host I see the 90 frames, but the deck i get 45 fps. So I go in and change the capture method to wgc which works, except it doesn't, because it shows like 500fps while actually doing like 5 fps.
Before you say you don't have enough gpu overhead, I have alot of overhead, I'm at like 60% for testing purposes before engaging lossless so it's not that.
Has anyone had any luck in my situation in getting this to work using moonlight or is it never going to work?

2025.01.30 18:01 MagicCircleCam Ender 3, Firmware issues with cr touch
Recently installed the 4.2.7 board and CR touch on my Ender 3, had 1 or 2 prints work but now every time I turn off the printer and put a tf card in the firmware fully resets: language to Chinese and z probe offset data deleted. I've tried buying a new tf card separate to the one I used to install the firmware. I've also tried reinstalling the firmware as well as other firmware, but no matter the firmware it either keeps resetting or ,with some, altering the z probe offset fails to move the z axis. I'm also finding even with the cr touch my prints are still not really adhering well, I've manually leveled the bed and from what I can tell the frame is square. Only firmware where adjusting the z probe offset actually works is this one Ender-3_HW4.2.7_SW2.0.8.28_CRTOUCH_standard.bin but it just keeps resetting. I've been storing the setting so it's not like that's the issue. Any one had the same problem? The Ender 3 group doesn't allow posting if you're a new user so posting here.

Is there any software difference between the three main keyboards? From my understanding they all have rapid trigger and snappy tappy and the only difference from the 80HE and the twoHE is the polling advancements, is there any software limitations for the wooting 2HE ? I understand it’s the oldest model they have but I just need a full size keyboard because my hands are the size of the 60HE lol, let me know! Thanks

I cant remember ever hearing a "I'm sorry" or anything even close to that. When something was my moms fault or even something that I was upset about. Not even once. Yet ive said it nearly a thousand times. It just made me realize how awful of a situation that I've been in, that for 18 years of my life I can't even recall a single apology.
