 | Passed my exam on the first try. I studied full time for a month using PassPerfect. I took 18 practice exams, my average score was in the mid 70s, with failing 2 practice exams and my highest was an 85. I have to say PassPerfect is an inferior study platform to Kaplan. I used Kaplan for the SIE and the questions were much more clearly worded. I found Series7Guru YouTube videos very helpful, especially the video about municipal bonds, yields. I would keep in mind whenever you are watching an older video, that settlement almost always is T+1. The law changed fairly recently and the old videos don’t reflect that. I had a lot of questions on my exam about conceptual related topics for municipal bonds ~25, ~25 option questions, about ~5 suitability questions (ie. which of the following would be most or least suitable). I did have a few questions about regulations, I had questions about disclosure to customer, and also document questions. Dean is right I only had about 3 margin questions with NO SMA questions. Municipal bonds and advanced options strategies in and out!!! I had a lot of questions about them, with most of my math questions being about advanced option strategies (ie. straddles, spreads) and also profit loss on covered short positions. Profit/loss, breakeven. Read every question very carefully because they DEFINITELY try to trick you by giving you unnecessary information in the question. This Spring I will have successfully bulked up about 16 lbs in 8 months running SBS and Tactical Barbell programs. I want to run OP/Green this Spring to continue building my strength and cardio base while shedding some fat. Assuming a daily deficit of ~500 calories and 1g/lb of protein, will the strength portion of this program be enough to maintain my hard earned muscle? Relatively new to this style of training...Is this a terrible plan?

This review highlights the therapeutic potential of one such monoterpene phenolic EO, carvacrol (CV), that has the potential to be used as a main therapeutic intervention for neurodegenerative disorders.
The positive effects of CV in the treatment of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases, multiple sclerosis, ischemia, and behavioural disorders have been supported with evidence.
This review not only focused on study designs and the pharmacological pathways taken by CV for neuroprotection but also focused on demographics, illustrating the trend of CV research studies in certain countries and the preferences for the use of in vitro or in vivo models in studies.
The review provides useful evidence about the neuroprotective potential of CV; however, a lack of studies was observed regarding CV encapsulation in proper dosage forms, in particular nanoparticles, which could be further explored for CV delivery to the central nervous system.

So I know Boneface's comment about Nicki's appearance was beyond hurtful and disrespectful, but it bothers me how none of these posts ever acknowledge how often he was attacked personally by the girls (mostly nicki) before he ever spoke up. Yes his comment was uncalled for, but he was just taking insult after insult and being targeted for about 7-8 episodes before he said anything. He also never made blatantly sexist remarks like Pon and Sketchy, and he didn't carry himself with arrogance like a lot of other weaker contestants in previous seasons. He just made a comment that truly did strike a nerve. I do feel bad for Nicki though, since that clip will live on the internet forever.

I’ve just received my 2020 ZS EV today. Very happy so far, but wondering if anyone knows how to make turning the vehicle on, as low strain as possible on the 12v battery?
I ask, because the dash is showing it at a pretty low state of charge. It’s picked up a bit now as I’m currently sat at a public CCS charger which seems to be doing the 12v battery as well as the main battery.
I’ve heard stories about people breaking down due to having a flat 12v battery. Forgive my stupidity, total newbie to EVs!
