My ex and his lawyer are hell bent on trying to claim my son on his taxes every year. He has only ever met our son ( 1.5 years old) one time when he was a month old. Since then he has blocked my phone number and has never attempted to reach out. In October they gave me this offer of zero visitation but wants to claim him on his taxes every year. I said no and due to coercion on their part (giving me only 24 hours to make a decision and all of their offers involved me having all the time with my child and him paying little to no money in child support) I decided to hire a lawyer.
My question is, due to the fact that this will now be taken to trial and my proof of their bad faith, does this mean I can request attorney fees? Do you think my chances are high I could get him to pay for all of my fees?
More info: he makes 80k I make 45k. I have the child full time. He owns his home and car while I rent a one bedroom and am paying on my car.

Hello! I've been using my Bible-sized Plotter as my daily carry for my to-do lists and other day-to-day productivity planning and have recently gotten a Louise Carmen Roadbook as well, which has elastics to carry multiple notebooks. I'm interested in keeping my Plotter in the Roadbook, but I'm worried the sharp corners of the Plotter's metal bar will scratch up and damage the leather. I have a Plotter with a rose gold spine so I'm concerned filing it down might effect the color, so another option I'm considering is some kind of cover for just the spine. Maybe like a silicone or cloth cover I could stretch over the metal part only. Has anyone tried something like this before, or have any ideas of what I could use? Thank you!

Estoy en tratamiento de depresión, ansiedad y estrés post-traumático. Comencé sólo con psicoterapia, pero mi terapeuta me animó a comenzar in tratamiento psiquiátrico porque no estoy mejorando. Batallo con falta de motivación, falta de energía, impulsividad respecto a la comida y pensamientos pesimistas.
Mi psiquiatra me recetó flouxetina (20mg) y quetiapina (25mg) para comenzar, pero después de dos semanas de no experimentar beneficios, me cambió a metilfenidato (Tradea LP) de 27mg (junto con 10mg de quetiapina). Hoy fue mi primera dosis. Escribió TDHA en mi receta pero además de eso no lo discutimos durante la sesión.
¿Cuáles han sido sus experiencias tomándolo? ¿Han experimentado efectos secundarios? ¿Cuándo comienza a hacer efecto?

Hey everyone, so last night i went to Walmart and it seemed like they had just stocked before i came in. It was the most product i’d seen in one place in a long time. Got myself a couple Crown Zenith mini tins (Pulled the Mewtwo and Zoroark) and was satisfied and overall happy i was able to find stuff.
I go back today during my lunch break hoping to get a couple packs of Surging Sparks. They had two full boxes of Single Blister packs (probably 200 packs each) and a box full of the 3 pack blisters. Lo and behold everything was gone when i got there. Like $3-4,000 worth of packs bought up. Not to mention the rest of the CZ mini tins and even like 10 shrouded fable ETBs they had.
It’s ridiculous and people gotta chill, people’s greed is what’s going to ruin this hobby for a lot of people.
