I went to tls center for my French Schengen. I used an agency to help with application which means i use their email instead so that they can handle any updates. At the center they asked me to not use my agent and use my own instead. I have used agency emails many times for visa and it was okay. This time was a little bit weird that they actually forced me to put my own instead. Usually I don’t believe it’s like that, anyway does this decrease my chance of getting my tourist visa?

2025.01.30 17:50 Lhead2018 Purple Dragon Knight?
After watching Treantmonk’s video on the Purple Dragon Knight I got to wondering if it is possible to have a flying “dragon” mount in 2014. I know I could just go Drakewarden Ranger but they don’t get the ability to be a flying mount until level 15.
What I have come up with is going Custom Lineage and grabbing the Mounted Combatant feat then going warlock for Pact of the Chain. Specifically for Investment of the Chain Master. At level 4 you would grab Strixhaven Mascot and choose the fractal mascot.
This gives us a large flying mount at level 4.
My questions are: Should we delay everything by a level and do a different starting class?(Fighter, Sorcerer, Paladin, or Rogue might be worth it?) What should we do after the warlock dip? What is the best warlock subclass? Would Hexblade Lance be worth it since we won’t have access to pact of the blade? Is it worth delaying the mount until level 7 so that we can get extra attack at level 8 vs level 9 or do we forgo extra attack and just Eldritch Blast from the sky?
It feels like this could be taken a number of different places and I am curious what others would do.

2025.01.30 17:50 Stunning-Minimum8260 Should I still try to sit the bar and article a year from graduating?
Long story short, I had a horrible law school experience due to mental health issues. Had zero drive, interest, or career goals. Graduated from U of T at the bottom of the class. After graduating, I decided not to take the bar exam or article and have been searching for jobs ever since. Turns out, a humanities degree gets you nowhere. A JD without a license gets you nowhere. I've tried thinking of alternate careers I'm interested in- teacher, therapist, librarian. I like the idea of being in a helping profession and feeling fulfilled by work does matter to me. Unfortunately these fields pay pennies and have other difficulties like job scarcity. Also thought about learning to code- I'm not technical-minded but was studious enough to do well in mathy subjects. Maybe doable, requires a lot of self-directed work, but payoff is high if I can hack it.
IDK. I feel so lost. Should I just try to make my way back to law? How would I even explain my year of floundering after law school?

I made the mistake of buying it on ps5 (ps4 version) and I heard about the bad checker-boarding and the blurry mess from the ps4 pro version. I have an xbox series x and I don’t mind re-buying the game.
Is it really that bad on ps5 with a 4k tv ? Should I play it on xbox instead?

Hello, everyone!
(TL;DR: You need to break the fins. I did so by squeezing the cap REALLY TIGHT and tightening it until it refused to move, then loosening it again.)
I just wanted to make this post for posterity. My wife asked me to open a bottle of Angry Orange cleaner. After trying to force the thing open, it became clear that this thing has a locking mechanism. It isn't designed to be reusable - shame on the company for this waste.
Under the cap is a locking mechanism similar to a zip-tie. There are only four plastic fins, however, so with enough force they can be flattened.
In the 1st image, I show the bottle itself. In the second image, I show the clamp I used and two open bottles - so it wasn't a fluke.
I do this because, when I had almost given up, I took to the internet and searched for others with the same problem. I found a rant from a woman on Amazon complaining about the same exact thing. Well, obviously we need to keep Reddit as the defacto source for life's solutions, so here we are.

Good morning, yalls! I am looking into the idea of making a super long slide 1911 clone for airsoft, but I'm having trouble picking out a good base gun to start with.
The general idea I have is to chop the slide in the front, weld an extension where it was chopped, and then make a new barrel to match the length. The main concern is that the base slide needs to have minimal lightening cuts, and be made of aluminum or something weldable. I am not concerned about function, as I can make it work.
Are there any models or manufacturers that come to mind that will suit my needs? Thank you in advance!
