2025.01.30 23:41 magical-trash-fire I miss group role-playing.
It seems like every time I find a interesting group rp it dies within 1-3 months. 1×1's are fine but I like groups more. I just wish I could find one that sticks around long enough to really enjoy it and make good storylines. I also understand it's a lot of work running a server, I've done so in the past. The reason I stopped was because I was doing it on my own with little to no help.
I just want to throw myself into a fantasy world with other creative individuals and have fun ya know?
This is just a rant post to get it off my chest and so I can complain to someone other than my irl partner 🤣.

Do you like it when an author writes the recap of the previous book, in the first few books of a sequel? For example, they mention a characters name, and then tell us what the character did in the previous book.

I watched S4&S5 live and I decided to go back and watch from the beginning. I’m only on Episode 4 and I AM SO CONFUSED?!?! Why is Jen Shah actually a psychopath, she seems so unhinged and unstable. She’s pissed at Meredith for canceling a sleepover…you’re 50 something grow up? The whole Team Shah or whatever she calls them is so embarrassing. She seems like a very insecure woman who needs constant affirmation and breaks into scary hysteria when she doesn’t have it. Housewives issues never get better on this show only worse…my question is how did they survive 3 whole seasons of this?

2025.01.30 23:41 dxylily can i still use gauze even if im not bleeding anymore?
i had a top and bottom extraction 3 days ago. it was bleeding pretty heavily the first day, yesterday moderately, and today it seems i’m not bleeding. i have stitches on the the top and bottom. i was wondering if i can continue to use the gauze to bite down on even if im not bleeding? it might sound silly but having the gauze in really helps with the pain. i just don’t want to mess anything up or delay healing. any advice thanks

Squatting 2 days ago, usually feel a bit of pressure on rear delts during squat but nothing concerning, re racking weights I used my left arm a bit (I know) and felt some discomfort which subsided immediately. Next morning rear delt area of shoulder is sore to rotate and aches. Sounds like no big deal but stupid me researched this and everything comes up as rotator cuff and l'm screwed. It's possible as rear delt doesn't hurt when flexed just rotated. Anyways I'm scared honestly and don't want to lose any/much progress, anyone have any experience with minor shoulder injuries/ strains? Will I be back to 100% soon? Full ROM w/ some pain. Pain subsides slightly with motion and stretching

2025.01.30 23:41 Shoddy_Ad6587 Cheap ass car battery cable on VW 😡
I unscrewed the cables on the battery to reset the electrical system on my VW Jetta. When I go to screw the nut tight I noticed the back of the screw corroded some of the cable. When I turn the nut to screw it back in place, instead of the nut tightening up, the whole screw is turning leaving me with a loose cable on my battery! 😡😡 any suggestions??
It stays in place on the battery but I’m afraid if I hit one of the potholes in the street it may come loose.
