Hola, vengo a contar una pequeña historia del día de hoy, estaba yendo a hacer la compra y cuando volvía de hacerla, dos hombres vestidos con ropa de trabajo me han empezado a decir “Rubia, Rubia!” Y a reírse de mí tratando de seguirme, explico, soy un chico con cabello largo, que si, lo reconozco parezco bastante mujer, y que en efecto, soy rubio, pero me ha sentado bastante fatal, y llevo todo el día pensando en la situación pues es una de las primeras veces que me sucede en toda mi vida, y no sé qué pensar, se lo he contado a mis familiares y la verdad que se han quedado bastante sorprendidos, no me he atrevido a darme la vuelta, ni a decir nada, ni siquiera a mirarlos, pero no sé cómo actuaré en caso de que me vuelva a pasar. Can someone please shed some light on this. In Azure SSPR under password reset>registration> require users to register when signing in Yes or No. Below is MS website explanation. Does that mean if I set it to Yes, if users go to office.com they are prompted to register in SSPR?

Hi friends. I have two cats. One of them we recently rescued from the trash. She had an awful case of fleas. I’ve given her and my other capstar (nitepryam) and treated the house. We also did the topical drops for prevention. In less than a week, the girl had fleas again. So I gave both more capstar over a three day period. There was a point where the fleas were really bad. Pumbaa (male cat) was excessively grooming and scratching, resulting in bald spots. At the base of his tail and the inside of his hind legs. He has lost some weight. There are small areas all over that are missing some hair. After this round a treatment, I think I finally got it taken care of, but his bald spots have worsened. I’ve looked into it and I think he has flea allergy dermatitis because of the scabs and itching. Kirra (the female cat) didn’t have this reaction to the fleas at all. Has anyone experienced something like this?
We are taking Pumbaa to the vet on Monday. He’s been eating and drinking fine, playing, showing affection, using litter box fine, not hiding or expressing symptoms of pain. Should I take Kirra too?

I got asked to apply for a new role for a move that would be lateral ie same pay banding and leadership level. This is in a department I have very little experience in and it’s not a role I would have considered
The hiring manager is someone who is extremely senior. I’ve had one interview, talked to a few trusted colleagues but I’m just not feeling it. The role doesn’t excite me at all
I’m worried that if I pull out of the process it would reflect bad on me.
Any advice?
I’ve performed istikhara but still have doubts on what to do

Recently I was in hospital with the worst agony I have ever felt, like being stabbed in the ribs repeatedly. I was screaming out in pain. It turned out to be pulmonary embolism. I had two blood clots on my lung.
Whilst I was there, I encountered some strange stuff. Of course on my medical records it says how I’ve got all these mental illnesses and autism and that I’ve been sectioned before. That’s relevant.
I had doctors being condescending, a nurse thinking i had learning disabilities (because on my file it says ‘pervasive developmental disorder’) just run of the mill stuff, at least most of the doctors believed me that there was a physical issue.
However, when I was in agony, I had a nurse say to me and my mum ‘and you can have another painkiller’, as I was incapacitated, and already on morphine, my mum asked what it was. I kid you not after much questioning she said ‘Quetiapine’. I’ve been forced to take that by a psychiatrist before, it knocked me so ill. Plus, it’s NOT a painkiller!!
I also had a nurse put me on a ridiculously slow drip of paracetamol, the equivalent to licking a tablet every ten minutes, a lot thought it was in my head because I was still in so much pain on morphine (newsflash, it was because I would have died without medical attention, and my body was trying to warn me I was in trouble).
I was so ill I didn’t care, but my mum was angry. She said ‘put it this way, if I was here in pain, they wouldn’t try and give ME an antipsychotic, would they?’ It’s a good job I’m starting to feel better now, but I still can’t lie down without feeling like my chest is being stood on, but onwards and upwards.

2025.01.30 17:50 Psyc3 Stock moved from ISA to General account by provider, tax implications?
I have a stock that was previously on the NASDAQ, it has essentially gone to zero (it is worth a few pennies for a few thousand), so there is several thousand in losses. Due to it coming off the NASDAQ and going to the OTC market, my provider seems to have moved the stock from the ISA account to my General stocks and shares account. They haven't informed me they were doing this, it just seems to have happened this month and the stock is reported as being brought at its original price still with its current loss. I assume this has happened as the provider doesn't allow you to trade stocks in OTC markets on the ISA and therefore has moved it to the general account. They have never asked me if I wanted to do this though, I never sold and rebrought the stock, and it still has its original book cost value in the general account.
Previously in an ISA if sold at a loss you couldn't declare this against capital gains, but now given this is not in a tax shielded ISA account can I realise the loss and use that against this years and future capital gains? The stock isn't likely to ever go up again.
