I feel great, solid increase in calm energy and focus, big bump in libido and I feel less stressed. Tengo 19 años, he vivido toda mi vida en Venezuela y he crecido con todo el desastre en el que estamos. Cuando era más chamito estaba en una onda que quería salir de Venezuela y nunca volver, me daba arrechera todo. Luego fui creciendo y aprendí a querer a mi país. A pesar de que muchos familiares y buenos amigos se fueron, siempre tuve mi círculo social muy unido y disfruté gran parte de mi adolescencia.
Cuando llegó el momento de recapacitar con respecto a qué haré con mi vida siempre estuvieron las preguntas "¿Me iré del país? ¿A dónde iré? ¿Como le voy a hacer?". Además, estaba viendo que casi ningún país me llama la atención: migrar a un país de Latinoamérica queda descartado, Estados Unidos es una locura ahorita, me dicen que encontrar trabajo digno en Europa está bastante difícil y, además, los países de allá me dan bastante igual, ninguno me mata. Mientras tanto empecé a estudiar una carrera universitaria, estoy ya a mitad de carrera.
Con toda la situación política he intentado mantener la fe y las esperanzas, de poder quedarme aquí y vivir finalmente en un país normal, que me prometa un futuro pero... Honestamente no lo sé
Intento siempre mantener la mente en alto, ser optimista, pero estoy rodeado de amigos y gente que parece que lo que busca es desesperanzar a uno. Esa gente ""te lo dije"" o que se hace llamar ""realista"" cuando en verdad son pesimistas frente a todo (el subreddit de acá también está infestado de eso).
Me molesta un poco esas personas, pero lo que más me molesta es que, el hecho de que no pase nada, también es una posibilidad.

For starters, I'm at least a Gold II player (others may agree to disagree; previous season I was Gold III due to not playing since I have bigger priorities) as a Strategist main going through the ranks, I find Bronze and Silver be ABSOLUTE hell to rank up in. I'm not saying that its a "DPS or Tank diff" because not all the blame is on those guys (trust me some of y'all frag tf out and I appreciate you).
My main issue is that in these ranks, not a whole lot of people are flex players and it is EXTREMELY stressful when something doesn't work out. A lot of players are one trick ponies and refuse to swap to something that could be beneficial to the team. Not everyone is like this, but I've been seeing it a lot in my lobbies recently. I've seen people straight up refuse to swap to a hero with hitscan capabilities because of the enemy team having an Iron Man. Another situation I've encountered is a Hela pushing the frontlines, multiple times and refusing to swap to a dive hero to compensate.
I honestly wouldn't have a problem with this if matches were being won, but considering I'm dropping an average of 40-50K heals to only get steamrolled in overtime because some of my teammates don't understand the concept of swapping to what the team needs. The moment I swap off a healer there seems to be absolutely no healing being done (again, this isn't always the case).
Majority of my friends play around 6-10 hours a day and have reached Diamond in roughly a week, but their lobbies when they played in Silver were very consistent of having teammates that understood what flex playing is, as well as what each character they are playing does to a mechanical level.
I have no idea what I should do, but I'm currently stuck in Silver II and have played Invisible Woman, Luna, C&D, Mantis, and Loki (in that order or to fit team comps), and nothing I do can seem to try and get better teammates to actually understand how to get better at characters before jumping into comp.

So for context: I live in Lithuania, I've recently finished a bachelor's program in software engineering.
I'm having some trouble with job searching so far, as I'm starting to run out of ideas on where to try to apply. I've been trying a some local sites as well as linkedin primarily for searching, with some poking around on a couple other more global sites like indeed. Has anyone got any good sites where I could find entry/junior level job offers, potentially remotely (as I don't currently have the ability to move countries)?
Any general tips for a fresh graduate trying to figure out a first job? From what I've heard it's gotten extra rough finding work for folks with little experience recently so I reckon I could use all the help I can get.

Just got my bloodwork results back ahead of an appointment with my psychiatrist next week.
I've been on 900 mg/day, split into twice a day and then changed to once a day, now for almost a year and that's kept my level at 0.7 which is where we wanted it, it had been at 0.6 on 750 mg before that. At the end of the summer my pharmacy had to switch me from 300 mg capsules to 150 mg capsules because of a shortage and so I switched from the once a day dosing back to twice a day as to not take six capsules of lithium at a time along with my other medications (knew I could not be compliant). My levels did not change when I did this. Early in December I had to taper off of my lithium for a CT with contrast that was an absolute necessity. Did that, had the scan, waited the few days, tapered back up and was back to my usual dose before Christmas. Normally I am really good at feeling my levels and I get this can't put my finger on it feeling when they're too low (0.6 or lower). I didn't have that this time but chalked it up to having so much going on medically (hence the CT). I still feel pretty fine, in fact, probably a bit more than fine. No complaints there, life has been harsh lately and I have some big things coming up that I have almost no fear about.
My levels are at 0.5. No change in sodium, potassium, creatinine, eGFR. No change in sodium intake, amount of water, caffeine, any of that. My weight has changed by less than 5 lbs in the span of time since my last blood draw (late September), and I still haven't returned to my usual high activity after my medical issues.
I have a few of my usual indications for hypomania (and the trigger- going off of my medication) and I know that your lithium level can reduce up to 50% when you go into an episode, but I feel like that's dramatic? Has anybody else had a similar experience, and what happened? Can I expect a dose increase or could I wait it out?

A core theme of Squid Game is that despite claiming to be fair, the games are actually the opposite: a microcosm of capitalism itself.
Meanwhile, in our real world, criticism of the police and justice system seems to go hand-in-hand with late-stage capitalism.
There's an often repeated adage that the police exist to protect property and the status quo, instead of people, and not only does the show depict the police negatively, but that saying is also true for Squid Game's guards in many ways:
Like Players, Many Guards Come From Harsh Circumstances
From what we've seen so far, most guards in Squid Game don't come from priveleged backgrounds. Kang No-eul lives in a van and works a dead-end job, desperately attempting to locate her sister.
We also know that many guards are extremely young, potentially even children, also implying predatory, indoctrinating recruitment.
If the games reflect society, then many guards are class traitors: trading morality and class consciousness for money and power.
Some Guards Join The Games With Good Intentions
Through Kang No, we know some guards join the games for "pure" reasons (at least outwardly). The recruitment process stresses ending pain and misery, and Kang's refusal to take part in organ harvesting shows that guards carry similar rationalisations to the higher-ups (e.g. Front Man).
This mirrors a common reason for becoming police: growing up disadvantaged and wanting to improve things for others, despite the job's realities.
Like Many Police Forces, The Guards Are Internally Corrupt.
Outwardly, Squid Game's guards seem like emotionless, robotic cogs in a machine, but this obscures the corruption beneath.
From organ harvesting, to the heirarchy even within guard classes, to violence and sexual abuse, we see that guards are expected to "follow orders" and "look the other way" like many police in real life.
This ultimately renders it impossible for Kang to stay a "good cop" (removing pain, as her job was sold). To get by without being assaulted or killed (i.e. "fired"), she has to either participate in under-the-table activities or turn a blind eye.
The Guards Exist To Uphold The System, Not To Ensure Fairness (i.e. Justice).
The one job of the guards is to keep the games running smoothly, thus ensuring a good performance for the VIPs. The "fairness" they enforce is a lie; they'll ignore unfair tactics, penalise fair tactics, or encourage killing in the dorm if it's part of the show.
This brings us back to "protecting property and the status quo". Their loyalty can never be to the players.
....
So how can this help us predict Kang No-eul's story in Season 3?
Season 2 shows her becoming increasingly disillusioned; forced to comply with the horrors around her. For now, she's still complicit.
But in Season 3, strawberry girl's father (Player 246) will allow that to change. We never saw him die during Season 2, and given his relevance, it's implied he's only injured..
With Kang now being 246's (and his daughter's) only hope for survival, Kang will finally be able to help players for real. Mirroring Gi-hun, Kang No will realise the games are 100% evil, that there is no justifiable participation, and that she must now break the rules.
... and oh look, there's a boat full of people who also want to stop the games, likely arriving at the same time Kang will try to rescue 246. Hell, the boat may even be used to smuggle organs, linking it to Kang's enemies.
In Season 3, Kang No will fully reject the ideology of the games and her "good cop" mentality, starting her fight against the system. I believe she'll not only help 246 to escape, but also aid the mercenaries once they arrive.

I haven't really prepared for advance till now. I've done the class illustrations and all and some chapters from n awasthi and msc but that's just about it. For physics i have done hcv all chap(if that is even considered adv prep😭) I'm expecting a decent percentile (98%ile+) in jan attempt and want to prep for adv now. I'm a bit lost here. I don't know how to transition to adv at this point. Should i follow some cc or solve any books? Is it even wise to solve books at this point considering not a lot of time is left? Plz note: i'm targeting around 10k rank.
