So, I’ve been a daily user for about ten years now and I’ve gone without flower before and never felt sick.
I went to the DR last month and was incredibly nauseous and I couldn’t eat anything until I got back to the US and smoked. Ever since then I feel like I’m smoking 24/7 to curb the nausea.
Do you think the flower is making it worse? I definitely don’t want to stop smoking but I might need a low dose edible to get me through the day.

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: Kingston KC3000 2.048 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Sapphire 21323-01-20G Radeon RX 7900 XT 20 GB Video Card
Case: MSI MAG FORGE 100M ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: MSI MPG A850GF 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM
I have done per core PBO undervolting (for core 1 to 8 it is set to 0, -11, -26, -12, -20, -9, -10, -17 respectively. yes core 1 can't take any undervolting for some reason. maybe my testing methodology was wrong, dunno.)
I've been having high temperature issues with my AIO since day one but after one year, it got even worse. It does also make bubbling noises now. I've found out that my AIO had a previous version that was recalled for these issues, and my version has these somewhat resolved, but not entirely. There are people with the same AIO that have similar issues. Due to my AIO being an oddball, and having the pump on the radiator instead of the CPU block, many say that I should have mounted it on the front. I switched it to a front intake mode, and it got even worse. My PC even shut down from overheating, which had never happened to me with the am5. It got a little stable a few hours later, but still the temps were higher, and this time not just the CPU temps but also the GPU temps got very high, naturally. So I switched back to the top mount.
By high temps, I mean 95C at high and even medium load, sometimes 95 C is reached during even gaming (Stalker 2) at for example 40% load. It used to be always bad (around 90-92 C at full load) but since the gurgling noises started, it became like this. Now there are people on the internet that have dismantled my AIO's cold plate, and opened the refilling hole, and dumped all the literal swamp water out. then they cleaned it with IPA, or anything else, washed it nicely, rubbed off all the gunk and calcification, and refilled it with either premixed coolling liquids or distilled wateantifreeze etc. They say it improved the aio greatly, and is now ice cold. my question is this. I am kinda afraid of doing that. And I am not sure if that will be permanent, since you need to repeat it every year with my "superb" AIO, some say. Since a 240mm AIO isn't much greater than a good air cooler like the Noctua NHD15 or Thermalright Phantom Spirit, why even bother? NHD15 is more expensive than an arctic liquid freezer iii 420mm AIO so I'd rather buy a case that can fit that (but then things get reeeeeallly expensive since a whole new case and all the fans it needs is not cheap) , but Thermalright PS is like very cheap, and benchmarks done on my exact same CPU say it is very good for my system. I wish it had an AM5 offset like NH5 has, but eh. Do you recommend me going with the AIO cleaning/refilling route, or the tower cooler route? I also thought of buying another 240mm AIO; but if they won't be that much better than the tower cooler, why bother right? what do you guys recommend? (oh and also even if I repair my AIO its fans are too damn whiny and loud. I can JUST replace the fans with P12's or something, but the radiatopump fan needs the maintenance anyway)

I'm a week into switching from Mirtazapine 45mg to Duloxetine/ Cymbalta 60mg over two weeks.
Duloxetine starting at 30mg and upping to 60mg next week when I stop mert completely.
While I struggled a bit to climax on Mirtazapine I could 9/10 times do it with my partner. Clitoral and Gspot stimulatuon worked for me and I could get there at least once when we were having sex.
We have tried a few times in the last few days and I just can't get there, it's driving me crazy. I'm close but I can't get over the crest, it's like running up an escalator that keeps going faster.
It's fun but I want a bloody O. Everything seems to be working, I get wet then no matter how much we do I can't get over the edge even once. I have tried by myself and its the same so it's not her that's the issue.
Is this an issue for anyone else starting Cymbalta / Duloxetine?

I was experiencing constant game crashes with the infamous nvlddmkm 153 error. I couldn't play any game for more than 30 minutes because they would surely crash.
Since I have extensively tested all of my PC parts except for the PSU, I thought there could be something wrong with it.
Someone suggested in another thread that I should replace my PSU power cable because I was using one which came with a much older PSU, so it wasn't rated for a modern build.
I did replace the cable and now my system is indeed much more stable. I have only experienced crashes in FF7 Rebirth, but I think now this is only software-related as there's a lot of users complaining about game performance and crashes.
But the thing is... Why exactly did switching a power cable work? I bought one with a thicker gauge than the previous one.
