i left my toxic abusive family and now i just want to go overseas. in this case the grass is truly greener on the other side- so many countries i went to had cleaner air than here. m skin cleared up, the sun shone brighter and i feel lighter. but, no matter where i go- i feel that loneliness from seeing families everyday walking by and knowing i am going to walk alone unless i hang out with a friend( that is usually just temporary and short term). i won't have my grandparents walking with me, my mother eating with me or a sibling to laugh with. i know that unless i find a partner- no one will seek me out and who knows how long my 2 feet have to carry me on for. sorry for the rant but i am exhausted

iāve been here for a month but its scary how anyone get fired on the spot or let go without any reason. also i got hired so fast because it was the holidays and they said they needed a āsecond receptionistā, when i got there the manager said the other receptionist is dealing with a death in the family.
i work for a clinic as the only receptionist now. i asked my manager how i was doing last week and he says iāve been doing good and can take a lot of work at the same time which he liked. my coworkers are friendly to me and one of the doctors compliments my work ethic too.
i did have a few bumps in the middle of this month and made a few mistakes, the doctor told me i āneed to pay attention moreā because i was new to the software we were using. but i asked questions, i learned.
today someone walked in for the medical assistant position that was online, then she gave the resume and i said iāll give to my manager. once i gave it to him, he quickly walked out to see her and said, āfor the assistant position?ā and then he said, ābecause weāre hiring for both assistant and receptionist position.ā then he asked how soon she can start and she said a pretty early date, then he said āwow, thatās very early!ā and seemed enthusiastic. he said heāll call and give this to the doctor and will give her an update.
my heart sank and i started freaking out silently. he then came back to me with a few tasks to do and i tried my best to focus because i started contemplating in my head. i really, really need this job. i need to get a new car after my accident a couple months ago. itās perfect experience, just what i was looking for too. and i know heās probably looking for only a second reception since iām the only one, but iām still upset deep down inside. i can take the workload, i just canāt take rejection or getting fired. iām really scared

So far, it looks like Zaid exists to be Ivy's love interest since that's what ONC is primarily focusing on with him. He also interacts with Tristain but it doesn't recieve as much as attention. Zaid doesn't engage much with other characters outside the Vibe tribe. Do you think this will change for Zaid in the future and he'll expand beyond Ivy? Or he'll be stuck as a love interest and get voted out as such?
Quick question: How do you make a text post with an image slideshow? I've seen multiple posts like this but I haven't been able to figure it out.

My ex-girlfriend worked at Gallaher (the maker of Silk Cut) and they could help themselves to the cigarettes they sold around the world. Some of them quite peculiar. The Russian-style Sobranie ones were very cool.

Hi! Does anyone have experience with trading in your old phone to Samsung? I just ordered my new s25 and they warn that they can block your phone when the old one doesn't meet the requirements. Mine does have some light scratches on the screen, only noticeable when the screen is off. I also have some stickers on the back. Do I need to remove those? Other than that it's obviously used but still decent.
Anyone has experience with this?
