I recently informed my supervisor I would be leaving the company I work for. It’s a very small place only 5 full time individuals work there. He said he would like something in writing so I did this for him and left it on his desk in an envelope with his name on it. He went out of town that day and won’t be back until Friday. I left the envelope on his desk on Tuesday. I was off Wednesday. When u returned this morning I found my notice opened on the desk. That would mean one of my coworkers opened it while I and my supervisor were off of work. Is this a big deal or something I should get over ? This is a very toxic job and things like this are the reason I’m leaving.

I’m currently planning to paint all doors and trim pale pink (same color as the cabinets) but I’m unsure on the color of the ceiling. Should I paint the entire ceiling the same color as the wall or the trim, or an entirely new color? Should I do multiple colors since it’s a tray style ceiling? So I helped hold an antifascist anti ICE entering schools protest at a local university known for its high immigration population and liberal ideals. The main purpose was for solidarity with those students and interconnect many organizations to help create student protections and city-wide ones. And I'm shocked at how many of these young students are extremely right wing, hateful, and aggressive. I found a reddit post about our protest and the comments were so far right wing and hateful. It actually made me so sad to see that the younger generation has also been so brainwashed. How are we to help these kids?
