For anyone who previously tested J and found it not great (especially DLSS) there is now yet another preset and another .dll available to test.

The nvidia app does not want to let you change DCS' DLSS presets, so using the profile inspector is still your best bet.
DLSS tweaks has some conflicts with the new Nvidia drivers so is best avoided atm. Old versions of the profile inspector are also crashy with the new drivers, so you will need the newer inspectors. One is linked in the reddit post. And the new DLL is linked in the "direct download" at the top.

Hi all, I’m day 35 of my cycle and haven’t ovulated yet but this is nothing new for me. My cycles are always around 150 days. My fertility clinic issued me progesterone to try but I tried it my last cycle and it didn’t work. They mentioned the doctor would say to either try progesterone again or we could start the process of letrozole and timed intercourse. Why do you think the doctor would choose to try progesterone again? I got excited thinking we might finally be able to start treatment but now I feel disappointed as I imagine the progesterone probably won’t work again. Any ideas?

Ok so when i download a game and move to extraction, the game is unable to finish extraction because the raw rar file is also taking up storage. Is there a fix or solution for this other than just having twice the game's required storage?

Diagnosed with PCOS last year (40F) and have always had irregular periods, varying in flow and physical discomfort. Recently started experiencing extreme night sweats, my usual sleep schedule has been absolutely fucked, periods have become increasingly painful and don’t get me started on the clotting 💀 I’ve been going through internal fits of rage up to 2 weeks leading up to my cycle.
Should I be looking more seriously at perimenopause? Vast majority of OBGs in my area are male [which I’m uncomfortable with] and female OBGs have an extensive wait.
Any suggestions on how to manage until I’m able to see a doctor?
