Had an interesting change in how the dosaging was noted in the app after my last shipment that arrived this week.
My first shipment was in milligrams, my second in units, the third in milliliters. Confusing at best. I am on the vial due to GI issues at times that have caused me to need to makes adjustments to dosages. (With Fella's guidance.) I reached out to Fella early this morning via text about this, (I have a long thread going, dealing with things from a GI perspective.) and got a response within a few hours, addressing the concerns.
They updated things in the app, and I believe they'll be more mindful in how they present dosage info to other Fellas going forward.
Once again, Fella has shown they care, and are responsive to questions and issues. No Stanley, don't need you do anything... :)
As an aside, I'm a little over 3 months in, and am down 20lbs on Semaglutide. Maybe not as much as some, but as noted above, I've had a few issues with respect to how my body has dealt with the meds. my goal is 40lbs, and I believe I'll get there in another few months.

2025.01.30 19:01 sumsh For those who have done the brass OPV mod, what should the pressure be when using a blind basket? [Breville/Sage Barista Express or Infuser]
I've done the mod and trying to get the pressure correct. Common sense would tell me it should be higher than 9 bars with a blind basket, since some pressure is being released through the basket when actually making espresso. Just wondering what the blind pressure should be?

I follow a lot of doll content so I’m actually very impressed with his range of motion and the detail on his clothes. I am kinda inspired to see if I can customize a Ken Doll or something to make a…prettier Terror Billy. I might also keep an eye out for a doll that might resemble Anya if I get the time. I don’t own any Ken dolls so I can’t check but I unfortunately doubt BJ’s clothes will fit him.

There’s a used Bergara 6.5 hmr at a LGS. I’m wondering if it’s really worth the discount - they’re selling for $750. I currently have a savage axis 6.5 (used for hunting mostly) and access to a 300 range but if I join another range I can shoot 600. I know Bergaras warranty does not extend to the second owner. Dear group,
I'm a 33yo woman with polycystic ovaries. I have not had a period since late September of last year. They used to be pretty regular but light, and always spaced out like 40 days instead of the classic 28 days.
Long story short, I was vegan for 11 years and very recently stopped this restrictive diet - about 1 month ago. I've already lost my period in the past like 6 years ago (while I was vegan) but I got it back quite quickly after supplementing with iodine, zinc and selenium. This time I've lost it even though I was eating more, lots of supplements, and had reduced exercise.
I'm supposed to get my oocytes extracted to preserve my fertility in less than 2 months. But the doctor told me that the hormonal treatment can only begin after I've had my period. Except I still haven't had it, despite her putting me on a 10-day Duphaston treatment which is supposed to induce periods. She was VERY sure that it would start any day, but it never came.
My BMI is 20. I eat over 2000 calories a day, and now eat meat, eggs, dairy, fruits and veggies every day. But most of my calories are coming from animal products. I walk and stretch instead of high intensity exercise. I get enough sleep, and don't feel that stressed.
Have any women here been in this situation before? How long could it take for my period to return? I'm assuming that 4 weeks is quite little time for my body to heal and I need to be patient... But any words of wisdom or support are welcome. I feel very sad about this.

Hello sorry if this is not the correct place to post this but I thought I’d give it a shot We (my partner and I) live in a very small in-law unit downstairs from a 3 bedroom home, there is 1 tenant living upstairs. We have a deal that was set up by our property manager to have our bills split up between us and her. we pay the water, she pays the garbage and our gas and electric bill is split 50/50. We pay the bill in full and her half is then taken out of our rent at the start of the month.
The issue is that the gas and electric bill has gone up extremely high since she has moved in, we have old bills of ours from when we were living here with no upstairs tenant and they are very low, around $80 a month. Time has passed and it’s winter so we expect the bill to go up a bit but it has now come to being around $500 every month. We do not have a gas heater in our in law but the upstairs does and she is running it almost constantly. We take quick showers, wash and dry our laundry on cold and keep the lights off whenever possible to try to keep the bill low. When we called Pg&e to ask why it is so high they told us that we over use our gas and the large majority of the bill comes from gas use.
I’m just wondering if there’s anything we could propose to our property manager to see if the bill could be divided more fairly or any ideas on how we can have something in place to prevent over using the gas each month? Is this common and just something that people deal with? We are very low income and out of ideas for how we can save on our end and it’s hard to pay the bills so any advice would be great
