I have two Godox AD200s and would like to shoot with them and buy some Nanette Forza 500 watt (continuous lights) to create dynamic cinematic lighting. I was wondering if the flashes would mix well with these. Im not well versed in lighting sorry of this is a dumb question. Im wondering if my flashes will make the Nanlites not visual/how to balance/if this would be an interesting set up? I want to learn controlling light and precision.

2025.01.30 18:48 LordFluffy Paralyzed by story choices, already feel I've messed up.
I'm already familiar with D&D, excited to play BG3, but I'm having trouble getting into it.
My first try, I played as the Githyanki. I didn't get much past the druid grove before I started feeling a little lost. Highlight was finding a bard who sung to me.
I tried again, playing a half-elf bard. Love the character. Didn't find Gale but continued on to the goblin camp had some fun there, but got into a fight I couldn't win. Had to go back an hour and a half and now I'm trying to talk myself out of starting over again.
What would you recommend be the minimum one does on a first playthrough to get hooked into the story? I have too many options, no idea what milestones I should hit before trying various quest lines. I like the party so far, but I'm not sure if I should focus on meeting all the potential party members first, getting on with the story, curing myself, helping the tieflings, etc. I'm just not sure where to go and I need some help.
Advice?

2025.01.30 18:48 Big_Ole_Mole Aidvantage finally admitted it changed my SAVE interest amount
I've been battling Aidvantage since December after my unpaid interest balance suddenly shot up. For over a month every phone call, every letter, and every email I've received from these people has told me I was wrong and nothing had changed. I finally sent a message and packet of old Printable Account Letters to the Student Loan Ombudsman. I never heard back from them, so I gave up. Today, out of nowhere, Aidvantage sent me a letter. They admitted I was right. My balance had changed during December...and it was now correct. They said my balance had been wrong since the initial interest pause during the summer and the action in December was to correct it.
I guess this is the end of my complaints. There's no way to push back against their final review and all the protection agencies are being gutted, but I'm still furious. All of this feels so underhanded and fraudulent. How could my balance have been that wrong for months? I also paid off a loan during that period. Did they tack on extra interest from that loan onto another one? It's also crazy they refused to admit anything changed for a month and even altered my online payment history to hide the balance adjustments. All of this is just insane behavior from a financial company.

Hallo zusammen,
ich schildere mal mein Vorhaben.
Ich leite einen kleinen Betrieb und habe nur eine neuen Kalkulationssoftware zugelegt. Diese ist auf meinem Hauptrechner installiert, sowie auch die dazugehörige SQL Datenbank.
Nun möchte ich gerne eine 2te Lizenz auf einem anderen PC installiere, der nicht im selben Büro steht, und mit einem anderen Netzwerk verbunden ist.
Da ich aber auf beiden Rechnern, auf die selben Projekte und Daten zugreifen möchte, die in der Datenbank gespeichert sind, muss der "zweite" PC mit dem Hauptrechner (der als Server dient) verbunden sein.
Der Softwarehersteller schreibt eine peer-to-peer verbindung oder serveclient-verbindung vor.
So wie ich das verstehe dient in dem Fall mein Hauptrechner mit der Datenbank als "Server" und der zweite Rechner als Client richtig?
Wie stelle ich nun eine Verbindung zwischen den beiden Rechnern her, wenn sie nicht im selben Netzwerk sind ?
Folgendes habe ich versucht:
Hauptrechner > neue eingehende Verbindung > Benutzer hinzugefügt >IPv4 Protokoll IP Bereich vergeben.
Zweitrechner > neue VPN-Verbindung herstellen > logindaten und öffentliche IP des Hauptrechners angegeben > keine Verbindung.
Gibt es hier eine "einfache Lösung"?
Am einfachsten wäre wahrscheinlich, wenn beide Rechner im selben Netzwerk wären, sind sie leider nicht :(

2025.01.30 18:48 Jack_P_1337 I'm still on InvokeAI 4.2.6.post1 - Should I upgrade to the latest version if all I have is a 2800 Super 8GB?
I'm on the version of Invoke where we had to convert safetensors to diffusers so they'd load at normal speeds because entire safetensor packages for checkpoints became difficult to work with in this version for low VRMA GPUs. Once converted to diffusers tho the loading speed and the loading between generations was even faster than prior versions.
So with that in mind do I want to upgrade or stay on this version?
I use t2i Adapters, mainly sketch to convert outlines to photos with my favorite SDXL models like BastardLord, forreal and so on
