Hi Everyone! I need suggestions as I had switched my job and Joining Infosys in Feb 1st week but last to last week I met with road accident and Got muscle tear. Was admitted in hospital for 3 days. Now I am discharged and on Complete bed rest.
I write to My Hiring HR regarding this incident and attached my medical report as well.
Iam taking followup since two weeks But they are very leasy and ignore my mails. Hardly pickup calls and respond to my Mail.
I am requesting them for virtual onboarding but they are asking for physical onboarding or delay joining ( i don't want delay joining).
Can you guys please suggest what should I do in this case. Any HR is their who can suggest Right way to overcome this problem.

it’s just honestly frustrating I’m a 23 m and as I’ve lived life and interacted with girls I can say I’m decently attractive,In highschool I had girls throwing themselves at me no problem. However I seem to not be aging I have an embarrassingly amount of facial hair and a baby face I can say probably a couple times a month I have literal 17 and 18 years olds either coming up and asking me for my number or having friends do it for them which I instantly know in that moment they aren’t my age. I’ve had many girls my age tell me I look 18 but oh “you’ll look young when you’re in your 30s and 40s” they say but it’s frustrating honestly.
