 | Hi, I'm a 38 male, I'm 6' tall about 165lb. I need to get a good body by summer for a vacation. I've been doing cardio and lifting weights (barbell linear progression program) for a while now and I've lost about 25lb but I still have fat around my belly. I'm confused on how to proceed now. By the time summer comes around I want to have gotten rid of some more fat (don't necessarily need to see abs but want to have a flatter stomach) and add some mass to my upper body (arms and chest). I don't think I should lose more weight since I'm pretty skinny already and people have commented I'm getting too skinny. But I know I would need to lose weight in order to get rid of the remaining fat. I'm pretty weak and I don't have much muscle mass and it been really difficult for me to add muscle. It's hard for me to add weight to the barbell and all my lifts are hard for me even though the weight on the bar is not a lot. My squat is at 145, bench is 95 and deadlift is 185. I've been maintaining my weight for a few months now. I consume around 2400 calories and get around 160-180 grams of protein. What should I be doing next? Continue to cut? Or bulk and then cut? Been to the doctor and have been suffering with excessive saliva in my mouth, which when swallowed causes gas, bloating and severe gurgling noises.
I've been on peptac & omeprazole, but no relief from the excess saliva.
I've tried taking Kefir, increasing fruits and eating sprouts, but no joy. I've also tried ginger tea, which only gave temporary relief.
Is there any prebiotics I can take or if someone has suffered a similar problem?

I have a brand new Win 11 computer and installed the Elgato 4K capture utility (downloaded latest version from website) this morning. Now I'm getting a popup window that says"This module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority", and references the module ...Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll
It appears that the Elgato software requires the Bonjour service.
Is there something I can do to get around this?

So I've spent the past few months watching videos, reading, and paper trading—just trying to learn as much as I can. Obviously, there's still a lot I don’t know. One thing I’ve noticed is that I’m pretty good at making VERY small gains. Think barely cigarette money gains lol
I'm wanting to start trading options on my live account. I’ll be starting with €200, which is basically my monthly "play money." I want to be realistic about my goals. I can only trade Monday thru Thursday, and I’m thinking a +€5 per trading day goal (so around €80/month) is reasonable without scaling up for the first six months at least. Does that seem realistic?
I’m torn between trying 0DTE or sticking to longer-term plays (think a minimum of 2-3 weeks out). I’m not looking to get rich quick. I want to slowly build up my capital so I can eventually start taking bigger positions when I have a better idea of what I'm doing and a larger account to comfortably draw from. I have zero desire to start making dumb plays because some random shill or wallstreetbets degenerate said so (no offense to wallstreetbets degenerates). I don’t want to gamble. I want to only make calculated moves.
One thing I’ve noticed from paper trading is that I always take profits quickly and don't worry about what I could have made. For example, if holding a position for slightly longer could’ve netted me €1K, but I took profits at €200, I'm like, "This would have been amazing—that’s literally my groceries for the month." Any gains, no matter how insignificant they may seem to others, I consider a win.
Something else I have noticed is that I am very hesitant to enter ANY positions, regardless of how much research I do. I have a lot of self-doubt and often avoid taking any position at all, even ones that seem like a sure thing because I'm like, "Well, if I do this, it won't work, so I'll just sit it out," and then I'm like, "Idiot, you knew it was safe, and you could have made €50" lol. This is my mindset with a paper account. I guess I'm maybe the definition of scared money?
So, what do you all think? Should I focus on short-term plays, longer-term plays, or just stick with paper trading and learning for now? Any recommendations for study material? How did some of you get started with options? How did it go for you? What advice or personal experience could you share with me based on what I have said here? Any and all advice would be very much appreciated!

I've had a LP2 for a year & a half & have been satisfied. I enjoyed answering people's questions about it, etc. Two days ago it just stopped charging. Hard reboot: no response. Factory reset...no response. I chatted with support but made no progress.
I feel ambivalent. I really thought it would last longer & that there was no concern in regard to scheduled obsolescence, ewaste, etc. I guess I just need to go back to iPhone or order a Nokia. I've enjoyed my time with the product but really thought I would be a Light Phone user for years to come.
I'm just posting this to share my experience. Honestly, the OS is kinda buggy; things like the placement of the cursor when typing, pretty often the phone will ring when I get a call but I will not be able to answer. Apparently it is just not a durable product. It also seems like the mission of the company will continue to drift, with new features added.
Anyway, that's all, folks.

I DM'd Marie over Discord about my problems even though I verified I am 27 and sent ticket after ticket to Character.AI support with my complaints on the filter I'm still getting and shit even though I'm 27 yet Marie is always on do not disturb and has yet to respond back same thing with the support tickets. HOW FUCKING HARD OR SHIT WOULD IT BE JUST TO MAKE A SEPARATE MODEL FOR ADULTS WITH NO FUCKING/SELFHELP POP-UPS DELETING MESSAGES AND SHIT?! I’ve been planning a stomach tattoo for a bit now. I’ve shown my (20f) boyfriend (22m) the inspo and designs and he was positive about all of it. When I got home from my appointment last night I was super excited and asked him if he liked it and the execution. He let me know he liked it but he didn’t love it. That hurt my feelings and I said so, so he started saying even more. “Well I just don’t like floral tattoos” and “I’m just saying it looks good on you but I’d never put it on my body”.
I just don’t see why he had to bring either of those things up. I didn’t ask him if he wanted my tattoo on his body, I just wanted him to share in my excitement and he killed it. I love my tattoo and nothing he says will change that. But you kinda want your long term partner to love something that’s a part of you forever. Or at the very least not say anything negative about it while it was fresh on my body. He’s moping in his office now because I apparently don’t listen or understand him. I’m starting to think maybe I am being dramatic but I’m just so upset.
