Has anybody else seen a seal like this on an etb? I got this from a fred Meyers right as they got their restock. So it's straight from their contracted company. The seal looks very well done like a machine made it and it's tight except with the opening causing a tiny bit of slack on the plastic around the opening. I'm fairly confident it's legit but I've just never seen one like this. Any thoughts?

Holy fuck no one tells you this. I thought the problem employees were difficult no one tells you the challenge of managing a superstar.
I hired a new employee a few weeks ago, He’s experienced, organized and is extremely eager to dive in. He’s already pointed out several pitfalls in our processes and overall has been a pleasure to have on the team.
The best problem I could ever have is this. He’s good really good therefore I find myself getting imposter syndrome because he pushes me to be a better manager so he can feel fulfilled. He really showed me how stagnant some team members have become. I’m really happy that I and this team have this guy around and plan to match his energy the best I can!

Putting this out there for anyone struggling to get themselves into a fitness routine. This post is to offer some support and love for anyone struggling. You’ve got this and it can be much simpler than you think.
I’ve been in and around training, exercise, physical therapy, sports, etc for 20+ years. I’m always learning, but I’ve definitely figured a few things out along the way.
3 pieces of advice:
1) Just start. Don’t paralyze yourself trying to find the perfect routine so you can look like a Hollywood star in 4 months. Keep it very simple and manageable. If you are truly at zero, meaning not exercising regularly at all, just pick something simple and do it regularly. 5 minutes of planks everyday. 30 pushups a day. A 30 minute walk a day. Pick something manageable and start. Over time, you’ll get better at it. Maybe you add a little more. Maybe you change it up. Just start. It will compound over time and you will see a change, eventually.
2) Keep a log. Building off of the above, keep a record of what you are doing. Most phones have a “notepad” function of some type. All you need is: date, what you did (including reps, sets, any weight or modifications, and rest time), and a sentence at the end of how it felt. If you are diligent about this, you’ll realize that the devil is in the details. “Couldn’t do 30 pushups today, but could do 5 sets of 6, etc.” 3 weeks later, you are doing 3 sets of 10. 3 months later, you’re multiple doing sets of 20. The reward is looking way back and realizing how far you’ve come simply by doing manageable, incremental pushes. Eventually someone says, “wow you’re looking more beefy, what’ve you been doing?” You’ve been consistent and patient. The results take care of themselves.
3) Listen to your body and trust yourself. Sharp pain? Stop and listen. Sick, not feeling well? Take a day and get back on the horse when you’re back. Or, maybe it’s the opposite. Maybe you start saying to yourself, “this feels easy, I’m ready for more.” Go for it. Challenge yourself and have fun. And most importantly, if you are in a group setting, your opinion matters most. If something doesn’t work for you or is hurting your body in a way you know does real harm, stop. There is lots of bad advice out there on technique, training intensity, etc. Simple and consistent with what works for you is best. Never be pressured into doing something that doesn’t work for your fitness journey.
You can do this. Just start and enjoy the journey.

Ongoing Infestation. Wondering what it will take to fully treat. I rent in North Carolina and I have had an infestation for almost four months. My apartment has been sprayed 2-3 times per month since November, and it was fogged in December. My unit is being fogged again tomorrow after two more sprays this month. I’m wondering if this is going to be enough to get rid of the infestation. Do you all think my property management company is having this treated properly?
I have adopted a strict cleaning regimen to try and deter the infestation. All of my food is sealed in containers, I disinfect surfaces daily with bleach, any dead cockroaches are immediately discarded of outdoors. I do not leave dishes in my sink and have even been wiping sinks and showers to eliminate water sources. There is also boric acid in my electrical outlets. I am not able to move my refrigerator to clean behind it, but pest control and property management have been told about the massive pile of roaches and egg cases. I’ve been asking them for help fixing it all week because it’s going to re-infest my apartment after the fogging tomorrow if not cleaned.
What do we think it’s going to take? Is it in my best interest to try and get out of my lease given spraying and fogging treatments have not been effective? I just don’t know what else I can do on an individual level. Property management seems to only want to treat for pests per unit and this is seemingly building wide. The units are not on a preventive schedule that I know of, my unit has only been treated when requested. Thank you for any advice.

Still has to be vintage or modern going in but you can add 12 Claude lemieuxs for example if they're cheapest. If you're close nows a decent time to get it done for relatively low cost.

Lots of info out there about what a prime tower is and why you need it but i cant find an answer as to why it prints all colours to the top? in this example, the green is just the clip at the bottom yet the green goes all the way to the top of the prime tower; Why?
Shouldn't the prime tower only be as tall as the last colour change?
