Over a year ago I made a post on here reviewing chapter 3 (witch I know you probably don’t care about) so I thought I would do the same for h chapter 4. In said post, I scored the chapter a 7/10 thinking that it was alright and that some parts could’ve been scraped and rebuilt entirely.
For this chapter I would say it’s a MASSIVE step in the right direction yet there were some things that brought it down for me personally.
For starters I’m SO glad that mob actually utilized its villains more. The doctor and Doey feel very fleshed out as characters and THEY MADE YARNABY A FREE ROAM CHARACTER! Yarnaby is what cap nap should’ve been in chapter 3, a monster that relentlessly chases you throughout the area always putting you on edge. Even though he only showed up for two seconds, yarnaby was easily my favorite character this chapter even though I thought his chase scene could’ve been a bit better.
Another thing were the graphics, every chapter mob steps it up with the visuals and I’m glad that this chapter was no exception. The lighting (even though it was buggy in some locations) worked really well with the wide open spaces.
They also did a ton of world building in this chapter. The entire prison sounds like hell, and it’s really cool to see that there are some toys who just want to get by in safe haven. There also appears to plenty of secrets (which is something I think lacked in chapter 3) so I’m excited to dive back in and find all of them.
Also side note why did they utilize litteraly all of the chapter 3 mechanics way better in this chapter than in the chapter they were introduced in? The gas mask section was cool and and the flare gun was more practical and useful than it ever was in chapter 3. (I honest just wish that they rebuild chapter 3 from the ground up at this point)
There are some other things that I liked but I want to talk about some negatives.
Pianosaurus was the biggest disappointment in chapter 4. All of that build up and marketing for 5-8 seconds of gameplay. Witch is so weird because I felt like they could’ve easily switched the big baba chops monster for him easily. That segment would’ve been way more interesting and cool if they did that.
My biggest gripe with this chapter were the puzzles. I thought that chapter 3s puzzles were bad but holy shit they were no where near as bad as chapter 4s. Every room has to have some weird ass obscure puzzle that kills the entire pace of the game. Even in the boss fights you are still doing complex puzzles. Hey mob, no one thinks it’s fun to put the right battery in the right monitor while being chased by ten computer monitors in the dark. What IS fun is fighting said computer monitors with a baseball bat. Hire fans smh.
This is also just a nitpick but I do wish there was at least one new interesting hand upgrade this chapter. Chapter 2 had the green hand, chapter 3 had the orange/purple hand, but this chapter had no new mechanics (other than really minor ones like shuffling) which made it feel repetitive.
Overall I give chapter 4 an 8.5. I may be being a bit generous but I did really like the ending and ultimately an ending is what we remember most of a story. Super excited to see what happens next chapter, bringing huggy back was a great idea and it looks like we’re finally ready to gear up against the prototype (that’s just speculation tho there could be another chapter before the final one).

2025.01.30 23:22 Divine18 Stuck on this screen while setting up my daughter brand new kids kindle
 | We just got this today for our daughter. It’s a combined gift for her birthday and a straight a report card. The only thing she wanted and she’s obviously upset we’re unable to get it switched to her profile. It’s the All New Kindle Paperwhite Kids and after starting up we followed the steps in the instructions and tapped „start reading“ this took a while so an ad popped up which my daughter tapped on. It then loaded my profile but was unresponsive to any attempts to click away from that book, or pull the menu to return to the library. I restarted the kindle and it started up in my profile. So I tried switching it through the Amazon kids menu and it’s still stuck on this screen. I’ve contacted their customer service and I guess it’s a known problem but she couldn’t help me, I need to wait for the technical team to fix it and „We are keen to have this issue resolved at the earliest.“ I have to wait for an email from them. Until then it’s a $200 brick I can’t let my daughter use. Which is pretty frustrating. Would resetting the device work? I mean it’s not like there’s any info on it. I don’t even really know how to do that but that shouldn’t be too hard to figure out. Has anyone else had this problem? At this point the message has been up an hour. And I can’t tap out of it. Got my first VR headset last Saturday, a Quest 3. Having not experienced VR since the early 2000s in a mall boutique, the hardware experience was mind-blowing.
Added my credit card to the account, and purchased Beat Saber on a recommendation - amazing. It's like guitar hero and just dance had a beautiful love child. I'm officially hooked. 3 months free Meta Quest+? Yes, please. Real Fishing VR is awesome, so relaxing and scenic! The Batman game makes me nauseous, but man I can see the appeal.
My son has been BEGGING for FNAF on the VR (this was a major factor in the purchase). I go to buy it, but get an error - suspicious activity has been detected on my account (!), and my card is locked out. I have to file an appeal (!?) to fix it. Ok, how do I do that? Google wasnt much help. I browsed Meta support, still nothing. Contact the chat and talk to an agent - they can't tell me what the suspicious activity was, but did create my appeal for me (sweet, I'm a happy customer again). Meta will contact me in 48 hours. Sigh.
48 hours later, I have no email. I contact support again, they confirm that I'll be hearing something soon, and refuse to answer further questions. Getting a bit upset now.
I get the email this morning. I have to verify my payment info in my Wallet on the app. I head to the wallet, and find nothing about verification. I re-enter the credit card. Still not working. I add a different card, same result. I contact support again, to ask where to verify my info. They write back and say they have FIXED the issue! Awesome, but I'm at work and can't confirm.
Get home, put on the headset in sweet anticipation. Head to the store, try to buy FNAF...... Same error. I go to send another email to support, and see they've already closed my case (!#!?!).
Has anyone else had this sort of issue? What did I do wrong? Honestly, I entered all the info requested for account creation. My credit cards are in my name. I didn't cancel any orders, or buy a ton of games at once. I'm at a loss to figure out why Meta would have flagged my activity as suspicious, and infuriated by the impotent service that I have received.

Sorry if this is a bit of a newbie question but im new to steam deck and trying to follow the Microsoft guide to get Gamepass streaming on the steam deck.
I follow all the steps: - get edge - add to steam library - update in konsole with required text - add required text to source in games properties
When I then click to launch it it opens something about what type of wallet storage I want, then itmlosd edge like a first time user. It does this everytime I go back in. I've gone back over the steps several times, deleting Edge and starting from scratch each time so obviously something I'm doing wrong.
Any ideas?

So, I’ve been pretty active in this thread about shipping of a current build I’m waiting on.
I ordered a 3S Pavo20 Pro from BetaFPV, and I’m waiting rn, and it’s likely going to be a few weeks at least.
Now im debating on ordering a 2S that I’ll use my 04 Lite on, and either I’ll order another for the Pavo, or whatever.
But I can’t find one that’s in the US. I’ve looked at the Vision40, the BetaFPV Meteor75 (I can find them, but only from BetaFPV. And that’s my exact issue).
I’ll even buy the parts to put one together, but I’m not totally confident in being able to get everything i need to get it going properly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
