 | I am attempting to repair this quilt top. It has a lot of tears at its seams. As per the second picture, you can see that I have whip stitched and then sashiko’d… I have done three or four tears this way. I tried one with mattress, stitch, and liked that it made the seam invisible but it didn’t feel as sturdy to me… TLDR; i’m looking for suggestions on the best way to mend this.  | Hello! Sorry if this is choppy, I'm really stressed by what's going on and me going to reddit is a last resort. Recently my mom got pregnant, which would be fine if it wasn't for a list of reasons that make this so much worse. I don't currently live at home. 2025.01.30 23:52 MallMammoth Am I stupid?! Or is the Aftershock pedal a POS???
I cannot get the horrible app to work on my phone or PC. I flash a preset to a channel and it says it's there but I'm not hearing the change sometimes. I wanted the Tap Tempo switch to work, so I tried setting different presets MANUALLY into each channel (because the stupid switch only switches channels within a preset and not presets themselves), and then it didn't even give me the green light when I hit it. On other channels it does, I get the green light and a different sound. Just not for every preset, regardless of what I put in the channels. I have also tried setting and saving the presets separately (which go to my library, and then when I load it, it says the preset is now in the pedal) I turn on the pedal, make sure it's on the right setting with the power switch and preset switch, and nothing. Same sound as before, and the tap tempo does not switch to channel 2.
I'm starting to feel like I wasted money by trying to save money. I was so interested in the pedal, I wanted it to work. I even 3D printed a little lollipop that sits on the preset switch and I can work it with my foot instead of needing to bend down to hit it. Am I asking too much? Should I just be happy with the standard presets and ditch the tap tempo? Is a MIDI controller a better option?
If someone has some resource, website, or video (or a new wall to bang my head against) that I haven't maybe seen yet, please help. If not, I'm selling this turd and just buying real pedals.
Ugh.

A girl (F18) from my school added me (M18) randomly on Snapchat in December, but we didn't text. Then, in January, we started snapping out of nowhere and a couple of days later, I went outside with her and her friend, to a cafe. A couple of days later, we were texting and went outside for a walk, just the two of us. It was really nice. We talked about everything, and she seems to be enjoying while talking to me, because she always texts me and sends me reels and tiktoks.
A couple of days ago, it was rainy and we went on a walk by the river. She wanted to sit and the benches were wet, so I took my jacket off and put it on the bench so we could sit there. We sat really close to each other, we were in physical contact continuously and got a bit intimate while talking (mostly about relationships) and I felt strong tension between us but I was too scared to make a move. Of course, we continued texting and talking later normally but I was really scared in that moment.
I need advice on how I can make a move and not be awkward or get rejected.

I went on the pill due to acne/oily skin just under 2 years ago, it is the combined Lucette pill and it did rly help my skin. i’ve taken my first withdrawal bleed this week (i had previously just skipped the pill free week) and noticed my skin is less oily. I don’t understand why it is though as the pill has made it less oily than before, so why when i have a withdrawal bleed is my skin suddenly even less oily? if i stopped the pill completely would my skin stay less oily?

I’m bouta crash out soon if i can’t figure this out. I’m getting p0084 p0078 p1084 p1078. I’ve replaced the cam pos sensor and EVT solenoids on both banks but am still getting these 4 codes. Getting an absolute garbage misfire. I really don’t wanna keep throwing parts at it what should I be looking at? Plugs and coils? Really didn’t want to do those unless it’s for sure that causing the misfire. Lmk please I’m bouta lose my mind if I can’t get this POS to fire properly. Ran great for a month n some change after JDM DE swap into rev up 06 6MT sedan. Plz help. Same ecu and harness with admin tune. Somebody said I should look at spark plugs now but really wanna get a definitive answer n not keep throwing parts at it with hopes n dreams
