Hi all,
Been on accutane for a couple years now. Unfortunately seems to be the only thing to work except when I am off it.
1st round : 40 MG daily 2nd round: 60 MG daily 3rd round: 80 MG daily 4th round: 10 MG daily
1st through 3rd round were about 6-9 months long. 4th round was 15 months. At this point, I plan on being on it indefinitely. This time around, dermatologist did ask if I wanted to try a high dosage this time for a shorter duration but since I had no issues the 4th round and it still worked, figured that was the best route again. Any suggestions?

This is my 2nd post here. I am working under one of worst indian middleman staffing companies for more than 3 years in a so called system administrator. Its getting tough to continue the job but due to family pressure i cannot resign and i am doing this.
My skills:. I am a cs graduate and What should i write i had skill or i have skill that are linux, linux virtualisation, docker, kubernetes, git, openshift, bash scripting, aws, ansible, zabbix grafana but never able to use. I was learning google cloud about 4 month ago but stopped due to not get any interview call or job .while my current job role is system admin but actual daily work is helping data entry, non technical excel sheet report making for server, filling some forms if server is on or off if there is any server or related part fault then contact Company to change part, follow up until the part get replaced. Runnig some company provided script generate data and send to manager everyday. The company neither has career growth nor provide a proper salary and any benifits after working 3 years ctc is 26000 company other than no career growth no employee benifits. And my coluges are non incompetent non technical graduates working for more than 7 years/8 years same work. Right now i am dealing with health issues depression, anxity, migrane etc due to this job. I do not want to do this type of job anymore but getting calls for same type of job with same low salary from other midddleman companies. nothing worked tried upskilling but got "you dont have proper experience or we will call back after knowing its a staffing company" most service or product companies do not consider low grade staffing company experience. What should I do know, I don't understand.

2025.01.30 23:47 DOITLIKEBRUTUS DId anyone else find the in-game dialogue pacing for 1.5 to be awful?
I found the in-game dialogue pacing in 1.5 to be abysmal. Characters dialogue during combat and exploration were painfully often cut off by scene transitions or combat ending. During the climax, I had no less than 3(!) monologues by Evelynn, Astra, and Lady De Winter cut off by simply playing the game at a basic level. The most egregious instance was certainly Evelynn's, who has an important character moment while reactivating the towers... except half of the lines are cut off because so few enemies oppose you. This leaves you with 2 choices: sandbag combat by sitting on your thumbs to hear the speech in full, or play as normal and look up the lines on the wiki or youtube after the fact; neither instance does the story any credit. Work needs to be done on Hoyo's part to not to do the story and VA's a disservice.

My husband (47) just experienced something strange. He was lifting weights and suddenly felt nauseous as if he was going to throw up, confused, had difficulty understanding, and said all his recent dreams came back to him in a flash.
He is pretty fit (runs or works out daily) and is generally in good health. I say generally because he has a high stress job and probably borderline high blood pressure. But no known conditions or any medication. He’s 6’2” and 180 lbs.
I immediately thought it could be a mini stroke but the symptoms don’t really match up with what he experienced. What else could this be? Should I take him to the ER?

They walked me to med elevator, blew up a gas cylinder to wound me and made me exfil with nothing :(

A different company set the media on it and I have no idea how to log into it to push new content. Tried logging into its IP on the IT computer and looked through the Bright Author app, but nothing works. Bright Author doesn’t even have it connected to it. How do I connect to that box?
