Should I practice my flip turns? I didn’t come from a competitive swimming background (I wish I did) but my flip turns suck. I heard we aren’t supposed to for the 500yd PST but not sure in A school. I also figured there isn’t a wall to kick off of in the ocean so I shouldn’t be training like there is.

2025.01.31 00:48 Ans1ble Miku album has made me mute all music in rocket league
I may be an outlier but i enjoy listening to the in game music for the very brief time i spend in menus between sessions. If i didnt like a particular set of songs id just disable the album in the list. Now since the update it plays the miku tracks by default and skipping songs just skips to the next miku track until it goes through all of them. Nothing stops this from happening. I have disabled the miku album and yet still every time it starts with those songs, even when returning to the main menu. I have no interest in listening to this music and im not going to spend time skipping through the 5 or 6 songs until it gets to the other albums. Psyonix please dont play music that i have intentionally turned off.

I have had increasing general body weakness mainly affecting my shoulders, hands and upper legs and my eyelid droops at the end of the day. My breathing sometimes feels labored. I’ve had to stop all alcohol because it makes me feel so short of breath. My jaw and lip feel like they are sagging after eating and I am extremely tired all the time. I have a pcp appointment tomorrow? How can I asked to be tested. I feel worse with each passing day.

2025.01.31 00:48 Large-Effective-4498 Sizing up?
My end game size is like 0. 00 at the LARGEST. But I’m not optimistic about that. Anyway, that being said: I’m having the worst time just going up from 10G to 8G? I’ve been 10 for a good couple of weeks. Sizing up has been a SINCH. Until now. Going to 8 HURTS. And I know it’s not supposed to.
Is there a half size some where I don’t know about? Am I doing something wrong? I’m using Jojoba oil. I’m massaging. I’m using Acrylic Pinchers because I’m essentially allergic to everything metal and they’re what I had the budget for. TBF I didn’t know glass was cheap-ish but I haven’t had an issue with the acrylic.
Everything has been great up until now. There’s no signs of blow out or bleeding or anything.
Help?

In advance sorry for venting I just need to get this off my chest. So it all started with my best friend and me falling in love with the same woman. Before I fell in love he mentioned that she texted him and said something like “she wants my…”. Then I got to know her better since she kinda got into our friend group. I started to more than like her and I heard rumors she feels the same for me. Since I remember my best friend texting her I reached out to him in a personal conversation about how I fell in love with her and he said well that sucks because he’s interested in her too but he wouldn’t call it love and it’s more of an attraction. We came to the conclusion that we’ll just try to act normal around her and dont start any move for the rest of the month, and since I was moving to another city (200km away) I thought maybe the problem would fix itself by distance. Turns out we both started dating her and she would even visit me in my new city and have movie nights where we got closer (regardless of how morally questionable that is from her but that’s another topic) Then one day my friend texted me he asked her out and they might start a relationship, of course that hurt me a lot because I had already high hopes at that point. I texted him I wished them the best but I need to distance myself from her and him for a while for my own well being because I it’d break my heart seeing them together. Three weeks passed without contact to any of them (I felt miserable) and he called me saying they broke up and he said how her opinions and character was flawed and he’s sorry the way it turned out and hoped we can be normal friends again. I told him I didnt like the way he communicated (brought the hurting message of them being together via text) And he said he was mad because I fell in love with the girl he laid eyes on before. But we agreed we both made mistakes and we move on now. I’d lie if I said I wasn’t happy about it but also checked on him about his wellbeing since he had lots of breakups in his past and doesnt handle them too well. We got pizza the next weekend and everything seemed getting well again, then 2 days later and me being 200km away again, he texted me he regrets calling me it was too hasty of him and I was not a good friend for the last 3months and he wants to distance himself. Also he got back together with her. What I found weird is that he didn’t tell me about that in person when we had pizza, he texted me. I replied: I’m sorry he feels that way and that I got different opinions on this whole situation.
I kinda felt like he used me as a substitute to not be alone for the time of the breakup and after that he didnt need me anymore since he got her back. Also the only thing he criticized about my behavior / or what makes me a “bad friend” was the fact I fell in love with the girl he laid eyes on. Eventho I cannot control who I fall in love with and told him openly about that instead of approaching her behind his back.
In my current situation I dont know if they are still together neither do I care [okay a bit ;)]. But what I care more about is the friendship and wether I should reach out to him: Since I’m not a big fan of texting I thought IF I reach out to talk to him I visit him spontaneously and if he doesn’t want to talk things out I’ll accept that and its over.
Right now it feels like a bit of an open ending and he kinda left me without an explanation of why exactly i am a bad friend to him (he said he doesnt have the nerve to explain it to me right now??) , I dont want to hang run after people that dont want me in their lives but on the opposite he’s my best friend (I doubt I’ll ever find one like him again) We went through so much and I had the best times of my life with him.
If anyone actually read all that thanks in advance, I’m grateful for any advice or evaluation:)
