Uso muito minha bicicleta pra fazer trajetos urbanos e como conheço minha cidade de tanto andar quase nunca uso e quando preciso uso o Google Maps msm. Mas me peguei precisando fazer um deslocamento mais longo na cidade vizinha e fui ver as rotas que o maps sugeria, ele só me colocava por comunidades ou pela Br e evitava as avenidas com ciclofaixa, aí fiquei achando que ele tá querendo acabar comigo. Msm o Maps sinalizando as ciclofaixas no mapa ele sugere as ruas paralelas, caminhos no mínimo tenebrosos.
Aí a minha pergunta, vcs utilizam algum aplicativo que sugira rotas razoáveis? Tentei o Waze, mas não tem opção pra bicicleta e não quiz ficar instalando aplicativo desconhecido só pra testar.

Frame of reference. Remote team. A single message in slack, where I tag them, goes unanswered til the next business day..they have complained about heads down time and perhaps they aren't 'urgent' but I suspect their work is slowing/stalling overall. I probably don't even tag them more than a few times a week. Otherwise we have meetings. These are knowledge workers.
I really don't want to be a micromanager. But they lag the rest of the team and honestly feel like I can't even expect them to check before they log off.
Queue all of Reddit telling me to manage their outputs and leave them alone. But surely there is a standard for responsiveness that is a happy medium between 'never' and 'immediately'?

 | Hi everyone, I'm about to sand these floors and I need to make these doorways look better. Any tips? I was planning to toss out the old transition pieces, extract the small pieces of flooring, and insert a new piece of 3/4" oak. But getting the old flooring out of there it looks like it's going to be a pain in the Wu-Tang. I saw on another thread somebody suggesting to router out partially and then lay a new piece of 1/2" on top. Slightly different application in that other thread but it seems like it might work here.
