I started a sourdough starter about 4 days ago and have been using Organic Wholegrain Rye Flour. I'm realizing now that I will be needing more on the future since I want my bread or any baking needs to be that specific flour. Meaning, I will need to source myself a bulk load of it, rather than a small bag you can find at the grocery store.
I have googled Wholegrain Rye flour and all that comes up are: the brand i got with the same exact flour I'd need, Wholewheat Rye Flour, Whole Dark Rye Flour, Rye Flour.
Is whole dark Rye flour the same as my wholegrain rye flour? Or is wholewheat Rye flour the same??? I'm confused.
None of which I'd need. If anyone here can speak Flour and what the differences is for any of them so I know the appropriate BULK to get. I'd appreciate it. I'm going absolutely bonkers.

I have alopecia areata and the bald spot is not growing back. I only did one steroid injection and it stopped the hair from falling out. Then I went back in (I missed my appointment and didn't reschedule. So when I went back in it was months later.) the doctor said he's seeing regrowth and it'll take a bit. My hair stopped falling at the end of May, and it's been 8 months now and nothing. He didn't give me another injection. He just said to give it time. I’m a plus sized 22F with PCOS, as of right now I don’t take anything besides propranolol for anxiety occasionally and sometimes (when I remember whoops) vitamin D and iron and also biotin. I rarely drink but do maybe once a month sometimes more, same with smoking and I vape.
I’m very certain I have hormonal acne as it’s all over my neck and lower face/chin and very rarely anywhere else, My diet isn’t AMAZING but I still eat fruit and veg daily. I’ve tried cutting out diary and it didn’t seem to help, I also tried doing a very clean diet and that also didn’t seem to help and honestly just made me miserable lmao.
I once spoke to doctors about it and they gave me a cream which is clindamycin+anhydrous benzoyl peroxide but it just dried my face out and didn’t seem to help either? I have a pretty good skincare routine I’ve been taking care of my skin and trying to get more into the science of skin as a hobby since I was around 13 but no matter what I do I get these spots all on my lower face and rougher texture also.
I should also point out that I shave my lower face weekly (sometimes waxing also if I can be bothered) for hirsutism idk if that may have something to do with it? Honestly I’m just looking for what would be best to ask my doctor for as most of the time my GPS are heavily confused and just ask what I want 😭.

Just wanted to share my experience. Went to school for 2 years and never took a cert test. Only ever did practice plates. I end up working as a welder fabricator for years for a small company. My boss was saying he was going to get me certified. More and more jobs have been coming in that need a certified welder. So he sends me to test.
I always didn't have the highest confidence in my ability to pass. Boss was paying and I was getting paid for my time so it took a little load off. I hadn't done duel shield in over ten years. I get 1 practice plate in with a mess up and go for the real vertical test. I never did overhead and only did 1 practice plate before going for the real thing. I end up passing both test with far from perfect plates.
I think when you don't have a cert you tell yourself you don't need it. You'll find work. But the reality is every employer wants some sort of certs. You'll have a lot more job security. You can likely find a school in state that will have walk in test. My wasn't terribly expensive. 95 dollars I think it was. Less then a month later I needed my cert for a structural job. Felt good handing that card over to the inspector.

Hello Audiophiles! After a lot of searching couldn't find any free CD quality (flac/wav 16bit 44.1kHz) music for commercial use, only found a bunch of free mp3 songs for example in the YouTube archive (the majority of which are terrible).
I need to do a speaker comparison and would like to use CD quality source material of different genres, singing, pop, electronic, jazz, classical, etc.
Is there any website where such songs are available? Or is there maybe an archive with copyright expired music, if there's such a thing?
Read that even using a few seconds of copyright music can give you a strike on Youtube so that's also not an options. Else I would just use 5-7 sec of copyright material.
