Im checking here, i have nerve damages, Disc degeneration, it seems that what triggered It was an encephalitic like event from some sort of vírus, maybe even shingles, zoster or HSV despite testing negative for these in blood, never done a Lumbar puncture or citology
Asking this since i have been Reading on How some viruses could cause aside MS also disk degeneration (HSV/others) , post covid, as these víruses replicate and keep affecting the host cells even while in lytic cycle
Wondering also If anyone had bennefits from any off label or usually used antivirals, famciclovir and valacyclovir, i took these already but not for too long

I have owned an MSI Katana GF76 11UE since 2022, and recently I’ve fell in love with a game called Cities Skylines 2, but the problem with it is that the GPU can easily get into the low 80s. My GPU used to peak at 89c but I undervolted it and did other tweaks to lower temps.
My CPU rarely ever reaches 75c, usually 68-72c in the game. My GPU goes between 75-82c in the game.
My question is whether it is safe for me to play on my laptop with these temps for like 1-3 hours straight, because when I touch the area where it is plugged in (where the cable is plugged into my laptop, because it is always plugged in when I use it), it feels very hot. I tend to be really cautious about lots of things, so please tell me whether these temps are nothing to worry about or should I restrict my gaming time further?
One more thing, is it safe to play games with my laptop plugged in for 2-4 hours a day? I’m worried I will destroy or at least damage my battery.

I first want to say if your a duelist player and you flexing strategist, thank you. But why does no one flex vanguard?
I solo tank far to many games, and every tank player will tell you that it's infinitely better with a second tank on your team. Is it just that people think it's fine to have one?(not entirely incorrect, but not always the case) or does everyone just think the role is boring?(i understand why people think this, but I strongly disagree)
Seriously, I don't get the insistence on picking a third duelist when a second vanguard more likely than not will give infinitely more value, even if your just keeping eyes off me as Thor so I can work my lightning.

I’ve been fighting the same demons and wanting the same goals for years now that it’s almost like I’m trapped. I’ll lose a bunch of weight or be sober for however long just to return to being lazy, high, and procrastinating. Hey! I been watching espresso videos like im addicted lol. Would love to get into it. I take my coffee very seriously. I have tested very many beans and grind levels in my pour over, moka pot and french press. Obvious next step seems to be espresso.
I really just want to know what your thought on a budget set-up that still produces a fine shot? Not too concerned about a steam wand. Was considering a flair pro? Lever machines seem enticing to me.
Grinder I am also hoping for some good suggestions!
I fully expect to upgrade my setup and give this to a friend who also loves coffee in a year or so. Just wanted more of a budget setup for now due to some job concerns. I know espresso is a very pricy adventure.
