For the past few days my Instagram has been acting wonky. I’ll get “couldn’t load posts” and peoples reels freezing on me, and now I get an error when posting and nothing will post. This is happening on all my accounts I’m just wondering if I’m the only one?
Also, I’ve already checked for updates and deleted the app & redownloaded it and still broken ;(

My husband’s CPA filed our ERC claim almost two years ago and we haven’t really received any updates from him in regards to status. He tells us that he calls, and gets reports that they are processing the claims. We’ve received letters from the IRS stating that they need another 60 days every so often, pushing our dates even further.
If we sign up for TaxNow, does that push our current CPA out and reassign our contact person to them? Or is he still in charge of our claim? Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, just trying to figure out how to get the most up to date information in real time as opposed to our CPA who barely checks on it.

2025.01.31 01:01 totalrnb Advice for a beginner - Using exercise to burn calories but want to avoid eating too little
Hello everyone - I am 24M, 5'9", and currently 258 pounds, and, most importantly, brand new to posting to this subreddit. With the new year starting, I decided to take on the 16:8 routine about two weeks ago. I begin my fast at about 9 pm after eating dinner, then fast until 1 pm the next day (when my lunch hour starts). Alongside that, I've started moving my body more to help the fat-burning process by swimming for 20-30 mins on MWF evenings, walking pretty much every day, and flag football weekly on Sundays. To be more specific, I've been dabbling with brisk walks during the early morning (6 am) to get some exercise while fasting before work, and every day I get in a 1.5-2mi walk during my lunch hour. I've also been interested in pursuing some bodyweight exercises to help build some strength at home.
Now that I've laid out the background of my process so far, I want to ask: would it be better to prioritize eating only until I'm satisfied or strictly tracking calories and making sure I'm losing weight at a reasonable and healthy pace? I've found that, when I try to stop myself from eating until I'm stuffed, I wind up eating a LOT less than what my calorie counters suggest I get for each meal. From what I've read this can have a detrimental effect on muscle mass and other aspects of my health. But also, I'm fat. I have a lot of eating habits I'm trying to break free from where I eat to feel good or completely stuffed, especially around dinner time. At the same time, I don't want to start pushing hard in the opposite direction and develop an unhealthy mindset about the food I eat or how much at a time. I think I just get overwhelmed with a lot of the conflicting information I see on different health and fitness forums and wanted to speak out about my experience and get some advice.  | Geronimo in the show is able to stand up to his grandfather also his grandfather in the show is not much of a jerk to Geronimo and is more nicer to him he also doesn’t seem to play favorites in the show as he is not consistently praising Thea in the show. He also doesn’t appear much in the show so it probably means that he doesn’t drop by the Gazette everyday to check up on things or boss people around in the building or constantly belittle Geronimo.
