TL;DR - For faster remote downloads, install and enable Tailscale on both your server and your client device.
Maybe everybody is already doing this or something similar, and I just haven't seen it posted. But I figured out a much faster way to download to your phone or other devices when you're not home.
A little over a year ago, I started having to go back to the office after covid kept us working remote for 3 years. These days, I spend my lunch break eating while watching TV shows via Plex. I try to make sure my downloads update in the morning before I leave because it's faster, but I've forgotten a few times recently and discovered the hard way just how godawful slow remote downloads are. A single episode of a sitcom, which had a bitrate of about 4.8 Mbps, took me over an hour to download over 5g cell network at the office (we can't use wifi at work for cellphones)!
Yesterday I forgot to download on advance again, but then remembered I have Tailscale on all my devices. I use it to read comics remotely via Komga when I'm on the go. For those that don't know, Komga is a Plex-like app for managing and streaming your own collection of comics and ebooks. And Tailscale is an app that you can install on multiple devices to create a virtual private network between them.
Once I turned on Tailscale on my phone, suddenly the same episodes with 4.8 Mbps bitrate were downloading in just a few minutes each. Clearly, Plex does something to deliberately throttle remote download speeds. But with Tailscale on, the client and server don't realize they aren't on the same network. It thinks the downloads are local.

Dose anyone else wish there was more for ops? I think there is so much more potential for ops. Like what we got is fine and I enjoy it quite a bit,but this still doesn't mean I wouldn't liek to see more. For example why did we not get a endless mode. Such a missed opportunity to try to go for a high score while playing with your friends.
I don't know what do you think do you think ops needed more?

I’ve been a huge Ender lilies fan since day one but this game.. it is my goty SO FAR. I know there are tons of amazing games coming out this year. Climbing the Steel District/Central City while listening to the theme that plays, I think it’s called ‘Dignity’, was one of the best experiences I’ve had in any game. I love this game and the team behind it.

While every applicant has to completed all of the hiring steps (unless waived or still valid), the individual steps may not be in the same order for everyone. There may not be a set format or pattern for completing steps.
Timeframes for each step vary widely depending on numerous factors. Again, as with the order of the steps, there is no set timeframe for you to be contacted for the next step in the process. Be patient, monitor your hiring portal, email, and answer your phone.
I haven't heard from CBP in a while, should I be worried?
In the federal government, things take a long time, and typically, no news is good news. Calling and emailing your case manager, the hiring center, or any other CBP department to ask; "Are we there yet"? will not cause your application to move any faster. Your message will either be ignored or you will get an automated message with little to no information.
The CBP hiring process can be quick or it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months. Everyone's background and requirements are different so there is no set timeline for someone to go from application to EDO. Be patient.
The minimum requirements for an entry level 1895 CBPO are clearly listed on the job announcement. If you meet the minimum requirements and you're interested in the position, apply.
If you receive any communication from the CBP Hiring Center, your case manager, your background investigator, or any other CBP official, contact them directly and follow their guidance.
Despite the fact that there are various members of CBP on this Subreddit, it is impossible to predict or accurately forecast a suitability outcome for any applicant. Each applicant's background is reviewed prior to a suitability decision and the "Whole Person Approach" is applied. While anecdotal evidence and testimony may be reassuring or disheartening, it is highly unreliable. One applicant's issue may be enough for a DQ, while another applicant with the same issue may be found unsuitable.
Multiple factors are considered such as recency, mitigating/aggravating circumstances, age of applicant, conduct since, etc. If you believe your issue is something that could cause you to not be hired by CBP, we still encourage you to apply and get the official answer of YES/NO from CBP directly. More likely than not, your issue is much more minor than you believe it to be.
As with the background of each applicant, each applicant's medical history and issues are unique and are considered on a case by case basis. If you're interested in CBP, apply. Go through the hiring process and complete all the steps. No one on this subreddit will be able to definitively answer any hypothetical or direct medical questions. Consult with the medical staff at CBP and your personal doctors to ensure you're prepared. If you receive a medical DQ or you're asked to provide medical records or tests to show that you're suitable, follow those instructions.
The eQIP is a standard government form and should be completed accurately and thoroughly. Furthermore, you are expected to be 100% honest to each question on the eQIP. Since the eQIP is a standard government form, it is widely used by the federal government. However, each agency decides what standards and adjudicative measures they wish to apply and what issues they consider minor or serious. CBP's hiring standards have changed and continue to evolve. Compared to many other agencies, CBP is very lenient and considers the "Whole Person Concept"
That being said, intentional omissions or false statements on the eQIP will cause your process to be delayed and will typically result in being disqualified. If you knowingly lie on the eQIP or omit a material fact, the lack of candor will be considered a much more serious concern than the issue you're trying to conceal.
CBP conducts a full background investigation in compliance with federal regulations for national security positions. You will undergo a Tier 5 Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with a full scope poly. For more information, please search this sub or utilize Google.

I was selfish... Hear me out though For context. I live in a rural area, town of less than 10,000. I drive about 30 miles for work one way 5-6 days a week to a town about a fifth of the size.
For the past several weeks, I have been searching every gas station, grocery store, dollar store, and even pharmacies/hardware stores between work and home for the Iced Vanilla Berry. I literally got fed this group by the algorithm when I was searching for signs of my new favorite Red Bull.
Lately I've been seeing more and more of people finding it again, so I stepped up my efforts. Most days I've been stopping at at least 2 stores during work hours and 2-5 after work hours on the way home. I bet I've checked over 20 places total, which is all of them that sell Red Bull on my commute. I even check in the nearby-ish cities when I'm there. So the number is probably pretty high.
Tonight I got lucky. I had to take a detour to another town for a work related thing. I had stopped at that gas station there before but they never have any flavors. Their fridge had original, sugar free, Sea Blue, and the new Zero flavor.
But as I do at places I can't get to as often, I asked if they had any in the back. And she checked and found this case. I asked how many she could sell me, and apparently it's all of them.
And here's the kicker. They still do the 2 for $5.33 deal. Fucking score!
So yeah, I'm greedy. But the more I recount my efforts, I really don't care.

Hello, I have average credit and I've been trying my best to raise it to the best of my abilities. However, a few years ago I accidentally opened a card I did not want. I had just signed up for my first credit card from CapitalOne, and I was expecting mail. I received a piece of mail, saw the logo and was like sweet, my card arrived. I thought I was activating it and then I realized too late that I actually got another piece of mail from CreditOne with a similar logo (They know what they were doing.) So, unfortunately not paying attention and not knowing I could cancel a card led to me having a card I didn't want.
I know account age comes into effect, and since I opened it in August 2023, I wanted to know how harmful would it be if I paid off the balance, and then closed the account after. Is it a big hit, should I be worried?
Any help would be appreciated. I know in the end it's my fault, but the company for sure knew what they were doing with that logo.

Guys, it’s time to have a talk. The secretive deception behind psychedelics has gotten WAAAY out of hand. It is gaslighting in the highest order. It’s laughable actually.
There is value to not exposing potentially harmful information to people, I understand, but you can be honest instead of being entirely manipulative. People have a right to know fully what they are being DELIVERED to.
I get, trying to word “high abstract” can be very difficult; but the transformation and union with the serpent is extremely easy to explain. It’s actually quite sad how easy it is to explain yet people choose not too. “I don’t remember” or “it’s hard to explain” or “you have to see for your self”.
Can those examples be true like i said earlier. Yea to a DEGREE. When you get cut open and changed, and delivered back to the reality you crave, thats plain english brothers and sisters.
Do make note that you can not be given something you already have. That too is deception. The serpent may “stream line” the process and put you in a almost parallel multi verse where things just “seemingly fall into place” but at what cost?
Use logic, why would god test you but also just give you all the cheat sheets? Wheres the actual growth in that? The irony is these realities you are capable of completely on your own accord (without the glamour and treasures provided by the “elite version of this club”) it just takes work.
We can debate wether the snake is evil until the cows come home. First id say see what the jews, muslims and christians have to say. Are those religions innocent themselves; not in the slightest, but you are missing important information when your bias blinds you from facts.
The same could be said about what im saying right now, true (we can debate if the dragon is evil. Though the dragon is 100% evil and i can explain that in great depth if youd like) I’m largely talking about the “human” mechanism to this though.
The shit some people use these things for is evil in the upmost level. The vampirism taking place is so god awful it literally makes normal people become catatonic. Souls with good in them not wanting anything to do with this club being tormented and being turned into “schizophrenics” (gaslighting to a degree in itself towards but thats a different talk)
Also, do consider, how EXTREMELY easy it would be for a 4D+ entity to manipulate the ever living heck out of a “human”. No one here can tell me with certainty they are all good just like i cant with certainty claim they are “all” bad.
Like i said, we can dive into that but do note, benevolent entities wont force themselves on you. Not would they offer you something that can destroy you. Also, they don’t get pissed when you deny their advances. Remember that one brothers and sister.
It’s also extremely important to note, for something supposed to kill your ego and enlighten you, the psychedelic group at large have the biggest egos ive ever seen and are nowhere near enlightened. Matter a fact, many of these people are in incredible pain. Our family by the way.
Does this mean everyone by default will have a inflated ego or be miserable? Of course not. To that I say take a gander at a burning man event Without bias and tell me you cant see the ego from the 100th dimension. You can’t plain and simple.
You literally got an invasion of the body snatchers/ they live scenario going on (more bizzare ofcourse) under the manipulative guise that you are being awoken to these threats. This is just freakin sick.
Also, what do you really think was going on during mk ultra? Hmmm? It wasn’t , we give you acid then you do this thing like a controlled robot. (Perhaps right at first in complete ignorance) no, it was to see how to project thoughts to you like the entities manipulating you do; From afar, in this underworld hyper space. Without ever having to physically be by someone. And to completely compromise that space and have a creative control over the experience.
Also, need to note, that our earth/ solar system is developing an immune response to us. We are like a virus to the earth. I bring this up for this reason, mother earth and mr mycelium actually have a really good symbiotic relationship with each other. They seem to hit it off real well. So much so earth would be unrecognizable without him if his spores didnt come from space, and vic versa. Do you really think the mycelium, is our friend (at least at this point?) its time to get real.
Why would the mycelium let a virus like us destroy a perfect incubator of life as the earth? Answer is it would’nt . Either the people participating in this are victims and Nieve to the actual truth or your actively partaking in evil practices.
It’s time to wake up guys. Fir those who’ve gone “really really far” can you speak on everything? No you can’t. Ask your selves why.
