Imagine defending this game over smash but criticizing marvel rivals compared to overwatch when MR is and improvement on the formula in almost every right multiversus does the exact opposite takes smashes formula and plagues it with grindfest and mobile game gotcha mechanics I'm not saying this game hasn't done ANYTHING RIGHT. They definitely have but promoting the ”free” battlepass in season 1 isn't exactly a good argument when the game went offline for 2 years most returning players EXPECTED something for free anyway vs marvel rivals phenomenal launch it just sucks cuz I love Warner Bros IP I love the idea behind a 2v2 smash game free to play everything on paper sounds good but shit isolates the casual player base forcing people to grind exact opposite of rivals tbh I missed the character battle passes too tbh the beta was just better lol

So I was hit by another vehicle while I was waiting to turn into my store while on the job, the other vehicle never braked and hit me going 60. I went to my lawyer and found that the police report incorrectly says that my partner who owns the vehicle I drive is the owner of the car that hit me and I told my lawyer this and he said that he would handle it and get it corrected. We'll today we got a letter for my partner saying my lawyer is sueing her and the kid who hit me. What are my best options? should I seek another lawyer to sue my current one and how should I handle this situation with the incorrect police report?

New Logic user, longtime hardware sampler user. With the new MPC’s they have a great feature where you can let a sample play and you can manually press a pad and that sample will add a slice point with each pad press.
Is something like this possible with quick sampler or sampler? I can only see how to auto slice with transients.

Hello! I’m pretty sure my school hates me. This is my first year at this district and my first year with my CCC. I am at two schools everyday (at the high school for 30 min each day and at the elementary school the rest of each day.) At the high school, I have been recommending dismissal for students whose scores have plateaued and have steadily reached their goals at their annual reviews. Of course, I get a lot of parent pushback and some teacher pushback. It always leads to continuing services (not even decreasing services). This has happened with 3 cases already and now the school psychs have called a meeting for me with administration to discuss all of these dismissal recommendations due to all of the pushback.
Another thing that happened— I switched a student’s sessions to different days and I got an angry email (and CC’ed admin) from his homeroom teacher that I did not let her know. I told the teacher of the class that I take the student from. I didn’t know I was supposed to let her know too but she immediately let admin know. She’s also angry that I don’t have anymore room in my schedule to take more students at this time.
The high school has mentally consumed all of me. I can’t help but think I’m doing something wrong and maybe I am? Please let me know.
