I've read alot of posts from this community all of which highlight the diversity of human noses however I've found most replies to be very similar. Especially In cases where people ask if they need nose surgery. It's always a hard no and you look beautiful the way they are. This confuses me firstly because the uniqueness of a nose moulded by surgery should be celebrated as much as one moulded from birth, so I feel in some cases where people really want surgery people could be more inclined to give a different response. So I was wondering if you'd ever recommend rhinoplasty or any other nose surgery and why not if u don't recommend it? (The surgery I'm talking about is purely cosmetic, obviously if you have struggle breathing through your nose have surgery if u can).

I am going back to the salon in like 5 days, I feel really bad about and I am nervous to go back but I just want those two strands to be the tone they used to be. Been on setraline for years now. Various doses. Had managed to get down to 100, then 50 then off… but it wasn’t working.
Took tablets the last two days, not really thinking … because I’m an idiot … took 100 straight away. Of course followed with a glass or two of wine this evening, now I feel like my brain is too large for my skull (odd since I’m clearly an idiot!) and have body tremors like I’m in a full blown panic attack.
Hoping this will clear and then what, start back on 50mg for a couple of weeks?

Hello,
I have a Yamaha U1 SH2 silent piano, and I would like to record WAV file as well as video (from Logitech webcam) while playing. Until now, I have been recording using QuickTime and a Blue Yeti Nano microphone, but the sound quality is poor, so I want to switch the recording from the microphone to the silent piano directly.
I'm unsure what software to use so that I can synchronize the video (webcam) and the silent piano as easily as possible. Audacity and Garage Band don't let me record the video, I think.
What are pieces of software for Mac that would allow me to do this please?

Hi, I had a realization a few days ago when I found this subreddit. I quit weed 6 months ago (after smoking every day for ten years) and have been feeling rough waves of PAWs ever since. But prior to that, I quit Vyvanse last March after becoming addicted to taking two pills a day (60mg) during the pandemic years.
I think I stupidly believed Google about Vyvanse only having withdrawal effects of a few weeks and never thought about it. Plus I still smoked weed for four months after I quit so I think perhaps that numbed the initial withdrawal symptoms.
Even ten months later, I'm not just experiencing weed withdrawals am I? It is the stimulant withdrawal too. My brain feels sooo fatigued, foggy, sludgy, and slow some days. It has been a slow climb to feeling any joy or happiness. Ugh. I'm so glad I stopped doing these drugs, but it hurts.
Has anybody here quit Stimulants and Weed around the same time?

We’ve been together over 4 years and have a child together. We met at work but I didn’t pursue because she was engaged at the time. About a year after meeting she messaged me on Facebook and the rest is history. According to her, her and her fiancée were still together but “she knew it was over and he was sleeping on the couch”. A few months after this we started dating. What gets me is she hid her relationship status on Facebook at the time, was having inappropriate conversations with me while still being with him..
About a month into talking we had agreed to go on a date. She ended up blowing me off a few times and come to find out it was because she was at another guys house. But she found out that he was messaging other girls so she decided to go on a date with me then. I found out about her sleeping with him and lying to me and asked her about it and she straight up lied to me several times until I told her I already knew. She said she didn’t tell me because she didn’t want to upset me.
She’s always been very sexual and the one to initiate 75% of the time. Fast forward to a year ago. Sex has went from once a day or every other day to once a month or whenever I initiate. She started a new job around that time so I just chalked it up to being stressed.
However, within the last few weeks I’ve noticed she’s now hidden her notifications on her phone and turned on read receipts. After questioning her she said it’s because she doesn’t want people at work to see what I text her. Except, I hardly text her during work and her job isn’t one where coworkers are that close to her. She also turned on do not disturb after 9pm (when we’re in bed). She called me from work today, when getting off the phone I said “bye I love you”, she said “alright, I’ll talk to you later”….
