Hi everyone, I'm completely new to Facebook ads and would appreciate some help around best practices for setting up the backend.
For context, I'm trying to help out my mother run some ads for her small business.
They currently have a Facebook page, but no Business Profile. I understand setting up a Business Profile will make it easier to manage their assets and permissions in the long run.
Moving forward, they will rely on me to manage FB ads and social media posts. On their part, they will respond to any messages or inquiries from potential customers.
Are these the steps I should be taking? 1. Since my mother is the business owner, set up a Business Profile from her account, with the name of the business profile being the same name as her business 2. Under Accounts, select "add an existing Facebook page" 3. Once the page has been claimed, I invite myself to their Business Profile (under People) and give myself access to the business 4. Proceed to create ad campaigns from Ad Manager under tools
Or is it better for me to also create a business profile and then request shared access to the business page?

2025.01.31 01:31 IIcarusII Lower Shadow to 2x Scaling, Boost Base Damage
Every single time Jagex touches a mage item (I’m looking at you, mage rebalance), they are always clearly constrained by shadow. Due to the 3x scaling (outside of ToA, anyways), shadow will simply benefit tremendously more than all other mage weapons with each additional dps. Jagex is clearly not ready for an 84 max hit Shadow outside of ToA, and this comes at the cost of ALL other mage progression.
My suggestion is this. Lower the scaling to 2x for damage and accuracy, and boost base damage and accuracy to compensate and make the change dps-neutral with current gear. Of course, the %boost cap will need to be lowered to keep the full potential of Shadow at 84.
Now you can afford to give other mage weapons more %damage without Shadow running away.
This keeps the theme of the Shadow the same (unique scaling mechanic), but allows for other mage weapons to be buffed indirectly through other gear without as drastically increasing shadow’s power.
This isn’t a novel suggestion - I’ve seen it posted before - but it hurts to see ALL mage rewards gimped to slight increases here and there simply because shadow exists.

Top 1 pinaka hassle. Trece isang clinic lang ang accredited nila na pwede ka mag pa medical tapos sobrang daming applicant. Kada araw isang steps lang kaya mong magawa don. Inabot ako ng 4 na araw bago matapos sa pag asikaso ng permit.
Top 2 Bacoor. Ang hassle dito na need pa mag seminar ng tungkol naman sa disaster management. 2 days na ako nag aasikaso dito, tapos piling clinic lang din ang pwedeng kuhanan ng medical.
Top 3 Imus. Sa lumang city hall pa ako dati, mabilis naman mag process dito ang layo lang ng health center nila tapos need din mag seminar about AIDS naman
Top 3 Kawit. Pag kakatanda ko dito kahit saan naman pwede kumuha ng medical. Malayo nga lang ang health center sa munisipyo kaya need din mag pabalik balik.
Top 4 Rosario. Dito ako pinaka nadalian kaya mo makakuha ng permit within 1-2 hrs lang. Kahit saan pwede kumuha ng medical. Tapos mag kalapit lang ang health center and munisipyo nila.

2025.01.31 01:31 ConorFinn Preliminary Exercises for Exercises like Squat and Deadlift?
I am incredibly unfit and want to ease into doing some deadlifting, squatting etc. But my lower back and core are incredibly weak. I want to know which exercises I should do to build up my ability to brace my core and have some endurance. Rn I just walk on incline treadmill at the gym. Do I do situps? Planks? Also, how do I target my lower back other than deadlift? Btw im not sure I'm even asking the right question. If I'm in the wrong place, I'd appreciate if someone could point me somewhere I can figure something basic out. Thanks.

Hi, I live in a place where it’s impossible to buy a 5090 at MSRP. If i want one it will be scalper price. 5090 situation right now It’s looking like it will be above 4000$for the first batch, by a month later the latest.
I’m thinking about getting 4090 at first then when the prices drop for 5090 I swap to 5090.
My question is when will the supply stabilize? If it drops quickly I wait for 5090. But for me i dont want to wait for 2 months and pay 4000$ for 5090, if i can buy 4090 (still extremely expensive price) and just take the loss and upgrade to a cheaper 5090 half a year later.

As far as identity goes, I would say I'm a demisexual/demiromantic lesbian, but I'm not sure since I've never felt that way about anyone. But if we develop a connection, maybe that can change. I'm a classical violinist studying music performance. I would describe music as my one true passion, but my second, less true passion would be stories. I'm very opinionated, and I won't hesitate to let you know what I think, although I'll try not to be rude or dismissive of anyone. I'm also very optimistic, so if you're a pessimist or a generally negative person, we probably won't get along. (Everyone's allowed to be negative: it's only a problem when you're like that all the time.)
Other things I like: cold weather, sleeping in late, cats, nature, anime girls, beautiful dresses, and anime girls in beautiful dresses. Also I'm far too familiar with TVTropes and will probably quote the trope names all the time. I don't mind long distance as long as we eventually meet up someday. I hope to see more of the world, so it's sort of a two-in-one deal. Let's talk and see what happens!
