I initially interviewed on with three partners on (01/14).
Second round with two partners on (01/21) with two partners.
I then received a call from HR on (01/23) asking for references and she stated that they will have an update for me by (01/31). She was super nice on the phone.
Sorry super anxious for tomorrow, I need to escape ID. This is my first time lateraling and I don’t know what the typical timeline is.

2025.01.31 01:31 Lechaeeee_671 Any Upcoming Mobile Updates?
This is one of the best games I’ve ever played. So many different variations of synergies, jokers, decks etc. The opportunities are practically endless with this game. I was just wondering if they will ever add new jokers and different mods to the game.
I think an interesting idea is making a sandbox mode where you can combine different decks, give yourself jokers from the start, give yourself any number of joker slots, consumable slots, changing interest rates and even the cost of everything in the shop.
The game in and of itself is a great game, I just think adding these things would be a great addition to the game already.
That being said. Does anyone know if there will be any upcoming updates?

So I recently finished my training and have started working in my unit. To be honest, I was not expecting to be told that I would have no real help/shouldn’t expect it.
My main trainer showed me how to move people up in bed because she said that’s something I’d have to do on my own, since “no one is going to help you.” When we went to provide peri care on a bigger resident, she said “I don’t know how you’re going to do this.” She was giving off the vibe that this pretty heavy man who was total dependent would be a one person assist for me.
On the flip side, I had another trainer who told me repeatedly, if you need help just ask OR, for this specific resident, you always need 2 people. It’s standard for everyone. So I just feel like I’m getting conflicting information. I don’t know if they said this though just to be nice? Idk. I am on the smaller side for context
I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining but I don’t understand how for residents who are so incredibly tiny, other CNAs on that floor will call me to help them move them up in bed. Or other CNAs will call me to help them with small-medium built residents transferring from bed to wheelchair. It seems like others don’t have trouble asking for help, even with smaller residents–so is it normal for my main trainer to have told me to pretty much not expect help and do everything myself?

Let’s say. My adjustment of status is pending and I have a work permit and travel authorization permits I’m on a F1 status since I change my status from J1 to F1. I haven’t used my work permit to work so my F1 status is still valid. Can I use my travel authorization and return to the U.S. and keep my F1 status?
